I noticed that there wasn't thread for saiyuki. so i decided to start one. 3nodding if there is a thread already in existence, then could someone point me in the right direction?

other than that....

who loves saiyuki? biggrin

I <3 Saiyuki. Goku is plain adorable. Of course, I only watch the Japanese version since the English just doesn't do justice on the Sanzo parties voices. O.o. Hakkai's voice is alright though in English so was Kougaiji's... Ranting!

Anyway, I wish I owned Saiyuki stuff. I have manda and that's about it. ((Anyone see Requim?))

i've seen saiyuki and i have the manga of saiyuki reload. i love it

I love Saiyuki!!! I'm not as much of a fan of RELOAD though. Geneon had to go buy the licence and so now everyone has a different voice!!! i miss Vic as Koh and Greg as Goku, and i definatley miss Elliot. no one can sound like Eliot (plays Gojyo). Hakkai now reminds me of a butler and Sanzo...just... doesn't sound like Sanzo! Nobody sounds like they did in the one by ADV!!! so I think The first season is the best!

I gotta agree with you flut, ADV did a much better job. The first cast just sounds so much better... especially Kougaiji mrgreen As you can probably tell from my screenname Sanzo is my favorite and there was just something... missing with the Geneon voice. David did a much better job and he's just... well he's Sanzo! Doesn't stop me from buying all the anime though >.> <.<

Yeah, i only watch Gensomaden because of the second cast. But Kogaiji rules no matter what, and Hakkai is my favorite anime character out of ALL the anime i watch, so naturally if i really want to, i will sit through an episode or two or reload or gunlock.

...And you walked away without a Second glance.
