I should be sleeping right now of course.
Normally I wouldn't start one of these things because I feel that they tend to hinder the process. I had one on Fitday.com, but that didn't work out for me, I've never been good at looking at the what I ate, what I worked off thing. I find it a bit... discouraging. Knowing that what I'm doing helps me just as well!
But...
I'm at the bad time of year, the time of year where I get busy and sick and gross, and then it's not good, in fact it's so far from good that it's bad. So I'm going to try and track my weight loss, maybe measurements, but those are dangerous things. So here we go again...

I know, I've done it before on Fitday and really did not keep up. I don't know what it is, but I think it's that site because it seems too formal and you do not get much feedback. Here at least you know you have support, and you can design this journal how you like it. I have been successful on here. smile

Thanks! Yeah, it felt like such an effort, as if I was obligated to designate part of my thought process to losing weight. As good as I think that'll be to me, the more I think about it the harder it is. So forming habits without overthinking is important to me.
Today was a bad day sugar wise. I'm at about the 223 range, but I bet that's going to tip into the 225 because of the three cookies, and two peices of cake consumed... damned the fact that my work's AGM is really only good for the food! I went into an insulin overdose comma sweatdrop

Well I worked out today. It was over 35 minutes of straight cardio -- quite a sweat! Normally I go for 45 minutes of straight cardio, which is what I tried for today, but sicne I haven't worked out in a long time due to a sever respiratory illness I was way out of shape.
I can't go to aqua fit tomorrow because of work related obligations. I'll be getting into my 1.5 hours of cardio a week again next week. I hate having been so sick, it put a total cramp in my work out schedule!
