Hey, I'm just curious, but have you ever tried casting a musical with characters from something else, be it movie or TV show, or even the Gaian NPCs? If so, feel free to post your ideas here.
To get things started, here's a few I've done:

Well, I'm at it again, this time a little closer to home. I found the perfect musical for the NPCs of Gaia, and best of all, there's a part for absolutely everyone! (Let me know if I forgot anyone....)

Old Man Logan as Madame Armfeldt (either crossdressing, or in gender-reversing to Mssr.)
Peyo as Fredika (see above, similiar here)

Ian as Frid
Meredith as Petra
Leon, Rina, Moira, Agatha, and Cindy as the waltzers/greek chorus
The idea really came to me when I suddenly realized out of the blue that Gino would make a good Henrik. I can just see him playing the cello ^_~
Gino: *plays cello*
Sasha: Don't you, like, have anything, like, less gloomy to practice?
Gino: *not looking up* It isn't gloomy. It's profound.
And I can definitely see the similiarity between him and Henrik:
""Henrik...
Who is Henrik?
Oh, that lawyer's son, the one who mumbles.

Yes, he's hardly worth ignoring."
So once I had that thought, I started putting the rest of it together, and there you go.
