I'm going to be rolling a troll warrior sometime soon, and I was wondering which spec was better for soloing, Arms or Fury. Arms looks good, with all the rage-building abilities.
I know both do damage, but do either rely on procs? The only problem I had on my paladin was in tough fights, Seal of Command wouldn't proc, which was critical.
Also, I heard 2H weapons for Arms, and 2 1Hs for Fury. True?

I myself prefer a Arms/Fury build. In Fury, I pick up the +5% crit & Unbridled Rage talent that has a chance to generate rage on every melee hit - very, very useful, trust me. The rest I dump in Arms.
Warrior is not really proc-based class, no.
A lot of warriors, myself included, like to duel-wield for rage generation, then switch to a 2H for big, mean hits & a nice Execution at the end. Otherwise, I'd base it off what you have at the time.
