I don't really know where else to put this, but this post was approved by Flaydra so no one fret.

Being the first Lycan I worked out a system with Flaydra in order to organize the lycans and make them more fun. I found this system through a series of books I read. The system is almost a ladder ranking system where in order to raise in rank you must defeat the person ahead of you in a fight. The important ranks (all ranks were found through Norse mythology names) are as follows:

Ulfric: Leader of the pack and given the most respect
Lupa: The mate of the Ulfric, unlike most ranks is not won through a fight, but is just chosen by Ulfric. Has more power then Freki, but less the Ulfric.
Freki/Fenrir: A Freki is the second in command and given such through winning every battle against higher ranked lycan until reaching this rank. A Fenrir is a Freki who wishes to challenge the Ulfric. Unlike the other battles which are till one or the other gives up this fight is till the death.
Geri: The third in command and is obtained like Freki only the person stops when they reach Geri.
Skoll and Hati: Name given to the two personal bodyguards of the Ulfric. Have no real power within the system, but most listen to them because the Ulfric chooses them do to their strength.

A lycan can not be more then one of these (meaning a Lupa can not also be the Geri) and only one of each is within the pack. All other wolves who do not fall within these ranks are based on numbers. Meaning if a lycan is not Geri, but next up to be that (if they win the fight). Then they are simply ranked 4th within the pack itself. Thank you for your time and reading this all the way through.
