Gaia Online will be participating in an advertising campaign for the upcoming science fiction film, The Last Mimzy. Has anyone here heard of it? If the title sounds familiar to you, it's because the film is based on the classic short story by Henry Kuttner and C.L. Moore, Mimsy Were the Borogoves. If you haven't read it, you need to; the story is considered to be science fiction at its finest. Here is the web site for the film: The Last Mimzy Official Site...and the IMDB page: The Last Mimzy (2007)

I've heard of it, especially the poem it's based off of. But never read the short story. Maybe I'll have to. You should all see the GCD... Swarming with people trying to guess what he last mimzy items are going to be. xd

I'd love to except that it was removed at the behest of the people who hold the rites to it. It was probably posted illegally by the site who never bothered to ask permission. Oh well, will people ever learn? I doubt it.

Maybe its just me, but the book looks better than the movie. The trailer strikes me as a bit too 'hollywood'
Then again trailers are misleading...
