Chaser walked around the feeling of real grass underneath her feet made her smile widen. She flipped her mane as she walked around the forest. She had spent much time here as she then turned to the open field. She flicked her tail walking out into the vast fields. She loved being in the open, yet the forest seemed to be more her, better place to play hide in seek. She grinned as she stopped and looked at her feet. her pink hooves were shinning off the sun as she looked around. She frowned a bit some one always came around this time.
She looked for a stream, then she found it and went to take a sip. She looked at herself in the water. She smiled as hercrystal blue eyes stared back at her. She giggled as she took another sip and flicked her ear keeping her flowers in place.
She sliently mumbled, "I wonder what my niece is up to...I wonder what my brother is up to..."
She flicked her ears as she soon layed down and closed her eyes. SHe wasn't asleep really she opened her eyes occasoinaly as she stared at the forest. She pouted she was bored! Bored bored BORED! She rolled over on her side as the pink on her muzzle glittered a bit.

Tai Shan loved the forest. It was a peaceful place yet always full of wonder and liveliness. He loved watching the animals play and felt it was the most perfect place in this land. He took his usual mid-day stroll to the stream to get a drink of water. A few yards up, he noticed a female that seemed to be resting nearby. It wasn't often that he ran into another of his kind in the forest. "Hello there," he called out to her as he closed the distance between them. She certainly had some odd colorings on her, especially around her hooves and muzzle. Her mane and tail appeared to have an odd tint to it as well which was noticeable whenever the sun bounced off it. She seemed harmless enough.

Chaser blinked and stood up. She looked behind her to see a stallion that was white and black. She blinked again, wow somone actually found her! She smiled as she yelled back, "Why hello!" She decided that yelling wasn't the easy-est way to talk so she walked toward him. She bowed her head a bit taking in hi features.
She smiled, of corse she noticed he was black and white, but so where his eyes! His mane and tail were braided and he had a necklace. She smiled more as she looked at her pink hooves. She giggled as she said , "How are you?" She blinked, her crystal blue eyes loked into his black eyes. She couldn't help but smile, he looked so cool!

He couldn't help but chuckle at the mare. She had said but a few words and he could already tell that she had a bubbly personality. Even the words seemed to bubble forth from her as she spoke. That was the first thing he noticed. The second were her eyes, as they stood out from her coat and mane drastically. The eyes were the color of the night sky on a beautiful day.
Despite the odd colorings she displayed, there was a naturalness about her. "I am fine. Shall I introduce myself? I am Tai Shan, Who might you be?"

She smiled at him, she liked making peoplelaugh, even a chuckle worked with her. She could tell he was a nice person by his way of indroducing himself. She giggled a bit as she nodded. His name was surely as intersting as his coat. Her blue eyes smiled more then her mouth did. She giggled a bit.
She bowed and stated her name as well ," The names Rainbow Chaser! Though most of the soquili call me Chaser, but very rarlt people call me Chase" She giggled slightly as she flipped her mane. Her legs itched for a game of tag. her blue eyes looked back towards the forest as she flicked her ears.
Chaser smiled as she asked politly, "I don't know if you in to this sort of thing Tai, but I seem to be in a very good mood for tag would you like to join me?" She giggled slightly as she waited for him, "If not would you like to take a walk?"

"Do you chase rainbows?" he asked curiously. Her name certainly implied so. He didn't quite know what to say to her question. The forest was certainly not the best place for tag, he'd hate to see the mare trip on some branch or twig, and there were all kinds of hunter traps around. It wasn't exactly the safest of places but he didn't want to tell her that. He'd hate to make her feel careless as she seemed genuinely excited.
"Perhaps we could walk for a bit, and talk, Chase? I don't get a chance to meet many in this area.. I'd hate to let such an opportunity slip by. Perhaps we could play tag afterwards?" Once they left the forest, he could initiate a game of tag. Besides, he really did want to talk and get to know this Chaser of Rainbows.

Chaser giggled, most people asked her that. She chuckled and shook her head, "Not usally, I am trying to break the habit" She winked as she giggled at him. She flipped her mane. She looked around to see birds fly away, she smiled broadly. She loved birds more then tag! She nodded hearing Chase. She giggled, "Thats perfect! Walking is nice." She giggled as she walked towards him. She giggled as her blue eyes gazed into his stunning black ones.
Chaser smiled as she spoke, "So where did you get your name? I don't run across many Tai Shangs" She giggled as she took a step ready to start the walk. He seemed like a nice sort, better no let the time slip.

"I do not remember where I got my name from, to be honest," he replied, "I do not remember my parents well. They were seldom around, always being used to help two-leggers get from one place to another. Then one day, they never came back. I suppose my mother named me but I do not know why I was given this name or what it may mean, if it means anything. I do not question it. A name is just that and nothing more."
He looked down to hide his growing embarassment. He had not meant to ramble on. He had a bad habit of doing that at times. "Tell me.. Chase, what were your parents like?" Though he missed his parents and felt his time with them was cut short, the stallion harbored no negative feelings about them. He accepted such things as a part of life.

Chaser froze, what were her parents like? She blinked as she looked down. She smiled slightly, "Well m-my dad was a very kind sort. He never did yell at anyone, except for those who hurt me." She smiled brightly as she flipped her mane. She then coughed, "Well my mom, I never met. She left me and my father right after my birth." She gulped a bi, the really didn't ever talk about her parents. This was probably the second time she ever talked about her parents.
She smiled brightly as she looked at him. She smiled at her fathers words. She spoke a bit more queitly as she looked straight into his eyes, "My father always said I look like her...he always said that I was her" She smiled at him as she flicke dher ear to keep her flowers up. She smiled a bit more, "A bunch of rubbish to most people..."
