fist person shooter and not the greates. if it was not for the wii way of playing. i would not play it.

ya thats true man. i played it at my friends house expecting to be blown away when really i could care less. gonk I didn't get a chance to try single player but in my opinion multiplayer was horrible eek We only played for about 15 min before we changed games. stare

Well, Red Steel its like...a lesser version of Time Crisis. I was expecting something Time Crisis esque, but no. Its like all the regular FPS shooters that didn't quite made the gold. Like say, 007: Nightfire, or 007: Agent under fire.

The sword fighting wasn't very good either. It's too cliched...one on one ALL THE TIME?! The special katana moves are surprisingly rudimentry and dont require much martial arts prowess.

Although I do like the FPS part, they shouldnt have integrated the sword fighting until they further developed it.

As for graphics...it has this artsy style to it, like water colors, but it also tries to put in the realistic forms of guns, and I didn't like the combo. As Game-Informer says, "If any game could use anti-aliasing, Red Steel would be the one" or something along those lines.

It's a good game, but it could be a LOT better

its alright but i wish the games on the Wii used a different way of changing the camera instead of pointing with the control
