After the great war ended the earth were united as with the colonies in space also the great attempt to colonize and terra form the nearby planets to housed the billions of people that inhabits the old world.The population booming and the significant reduction in the mobile suits and military power across the world have created an imbalance in the security forces and thus makes room for criminals elements to take advantage of the situation and makes matter worse.
Meanwhile due to the lack of monitoring from the home planet (earth ) on it's farthest colony as the planetary governor tends to abuse of the given special rights becomes the new dictator on the farthest.Their oppressive and tyrannical rule have instigated a rebellion during this time the Planetary governor's forces are nearly overrun because of the sheers numbers of the rebellion.First they called out for reinforcement from earth claiming that there is a rebellion occurring.The unified earth government sent is reinforcement fleets.
But as the reinforcements fleets that is lead by a charismatic leader that have claimed the tittle as one of the three crows of the Victoria's war academy, find out about the truth about the rebellion on the reason why the people rebelled in the first place.Half of the reinforcement fleet joined the red fang as they saw that their reason was just.While the other half knows that they are siding with the wrong person but they had their orders to assist the planetary governor.Ever since then almost all of martian borne recruits or person that had a martian relatives being under full microscope as they thought to be a member of the red fangs giving the planetary governor more rights to become so hostile and more oppressive.
The planetary governor then asked Earth unified government to send it large numbers of reinforcements.Mars is a very important strategical place in the solar systems as it is very rich in valuable minerals such as gold , platinum and diamonds.Earth can't simply overlook this matter as they agree to send in the 2nd waves of reinforcement fleets there are going to be waves of reinforcements coming from earth.The earth is in dire need of valuable materials for their slowly dying economy that support such a large unified government that spreads across the solar systems.

Evenguard is where the leaders and those are regarded as elites in the Red fang factions gather.The Red Fang supreme council are going to held a meeting with all of the higher ups of the red fangs to help them plot and plan the course of actions that they are going to undertook to deal with the earth's reinforcements.
They are all dressed up in the most elegant clothes. Wearing tuxedos and fabulous dresses fitting for a royal family.Rumor has it that there are several high ranking powerful and influential nobles and houses that supported the red fang factions.

"Good morning Mr. Hendrix." a roughly 40 years old man with two lovely women women on his shoulders said to the young man in the all black tuxedo as he walked by.
"Good day Mr. Wotong nice to see you around here." Hendrix said as he kept on walking. "Dirty b*****d..." Marcus muttered knowing full well that the old man was married and those two women were probably some hookers he had foound in a street corner. God how he hated extravigant occasions like this, all these people dressed up and boasting about rich they were and this and that. It annoyed Marcus to no end.
Sure he was stinking rich himself but you never saw him going around waving it infront of peoples faces. But then again no one except for the people in this party knew that he was rich and knew how he had gotten to become so wealthy. The story on how he came to be in this banquet was long and boring so I'll only write that Marcus Hendrix is a associate of the Leone Family, one of the most powerful Mafia's in the space colonies. Marcus now a important politcal figure in his home colony is also thye liason for the Leone's who have dealing with Red Fang mostly revolving arms trafficking and the occasional hit to snitchs and whoever ever deserved it.

The story on how he came to be in this banquet was long and boring so I'll only write that Marcus Hendrix is a associate of the Leone Family, one of the most powerful Mafia's in the space colonies. Marcus now a important politcal figure in his home colony is also thye liason for the Leone's who have dealing with Red Fang mostly revolving arms trafficking and the occasional hit to snitchs and whoever ever deserved it.
Pardon me but I have to remind you that your character didn't have a connection perk there so you have to spent points in the connection perk and then sets the value to the highest possible point as your to signify your connection's power, if your character is famous then you ought to have a famous perk in your character sheets. And your character work as a diplomat/negotiator not a secret agent/assassins. Also that he served firstly and foremost the red fang faction.If you wish to post an out of character comment use a OOC: just like I did or with (( )).And lastly I will role play out any other NPC so just relax and concentrate on your character.

Location : Mars , Red Fang citadel city Evenguard palace ( main banquet hall )
A lean tall man wearing of what used to be a Unified Defense Force uniform as it now got the new patch on his left and right arm as it the person now serve the Red Fang faction.
He makes his way toward Marcus.Gracefully carving his way through the thick crowd of elegant high rich nobles and other powerful figures that serves as a main contributor toward the red fang war efforts.From what appear of a distance Lady Catalonia also present in the room as she was there also in the same room talking over with the other high ranking generals that served with the red fang factions. Finally the man have managed to come next to Marcus Hendrix.
" Excuse me , Mr Hendrix , I have been assigned to escort you to the main conference room as I understand that you're not a person that fancy luxurious party as I have been told that you like to get into business straight.. "
Location : Somewhere near the city of even guard.
Several groups of person wearing the superbly crafted gundanium armor plated full body armor from top to bottom as it got a self powered hostile environment features enabling the wearer the same protection of a bio hazz mat suits, slung in their shoulder is the well customized full automatic assault riffles with enough stopping power to destroy a light armored vehicles,The red fang honor guard crest shriek out their importance toward anyone as many wore the standard battle armor but only the few of the very best have the honor of those crest engraved upon their grey armor. Slowly moving pass through the check point. As they showed their papers toward the guards.
" Err , Okay I guess.. you can come in now.. " as the Palace guards checks their ID and papers that appear to be legit and legal from their point of view.
The group of 10 men slowly makes their way toward the main building as they saw many other secret service men that was employed to protect the vip that attend the red fang faction high class party.
As they approached the entrance the party's official guards stops them as they know that their presence will upset the mood of the quests.
" I am sorry sir , but you're not going in there.. " as the party's official guard stop them dead on their tracks.
From the group then approached the one that wore a the captain stripes on his arm.
" We have our order to pick up one VIP.. " as he stated out shortly.
" Contact the main HQ if you don't believe me.., time is of the essence.. " as he replied shortly.
