Yes.
I've seen Nanaki being cosplayed and Shiva [different universe] so why not Chaos?

I saw a picture of a fan cosplaying as Chaos from Dirge of Cerberus. If I find the picture I'll post it up.

yah, i've seen one too, they just retracted the wings a bit so they wouldn't hit people walking...

i saw a person who did the costume once in a small cosplay gathering at a comic store it was accualy realy good the wings where made of leather and the armor was accualy wleded together it was a very good costume..... i didnt have mu camera with me so im sorry for not havign a picture but if i can find it on the internet ill be sure to post it
