Definitly authentic! I own it! It's a movie you'll only like if you know who Edie is and know a lot about her life...because, even though there is a plot, that's basically what it is. There's a plot but it's really faint and...kind of hard to really catch...so they kind of made it focus on Edie more than anything. It's really good and really, really sad D:

My mom went to a record store and ordered it for me for Christmas smile Cause they have a system where you can order CDs and DVDs through them. Might wana try something like that. Or it's also on Amazon.

cool, my birthday is coming soon enough..
though there were two other things I remember thinking "this is the only thing I want for my birthday!"
and I can't remember either one, so I guess I'll ask for this.

I haven't seen the whole thing, only random clips on YouTube. I can barely make it through one and not just because I have Dial Up. It's just so depressing to watch. sad

This ain't rock and roll! It is really depressing...it also has no plot. You have to be in the right mood to watch it...kind of a blah mood, I guess. razz Don't watch it if you feel like being happy the rest of the day.
