That's because John Lennon WAS the Beatles. In my point of view, he was the most creative, most imaginative, the best songwriter, the best singer, and the keyboardist. If not for him, the Beatles music may have been a completely different style.

John was...different. In a good way, to some people. To others, they completely despised him. I liked him, of course; but he was a a bit weird.

john was the unofficial "leader" at the start, just they wanted to be different, so they didnt really make him the leader, but he was, and they knew it. When he took drugs alot more than the others later on, he came less and less and resisted more and more, doing everything with yoko, and paul took over more. I think he gave the beatles their start, and they couldent have done it without him, but the others were just as important.and john is my idol, so dodnt say nything bad about john or face my wrath!!!
