: D There's a new subform for advertisement okie dokie!? ^^ My reason...none really...but I decided that it'd be a good thing to have. This is not for just advertising guilds, but petition, give away threads, avi art contests, items you may be trading and more!

No, it's a subforum in this guild to advertise other things. Say you've opened your own art thread, then you can advertise it there. : D
If you're going to advertise a guild please make sure it is a guild that you're either the Captain or Vice-Captain of.
