Alright. This guild has a lot of subforums, and sorting the threads into appropriate subs is a must. That is the main job of the mods, alongside keeping an eye out for inappropriate content, and issuing warning to members who break the ToS. As well as, of course, inviting screeds of usernames here n.n
-Mods must notify the poster of the thread by pm, that their thread has been moved. Otherwise, the poor Gaian can't find it, and gets pissed off.
-Mods should tell me of any members posting abuse or stuff they shouldn't.
-All I can think of, as such.
-So, to apply, please post here what you will do for the guild, and what gives you the experience/skills to moderate a guild like this.

Any abuse needs to be reported to me (Tama Hoshi) I do not want you to get caught in the crossfire if something goes bad with it. Ok? I'll take the bullet for it.

I am very strict when it comes to people wanting help. I cannot stand those people that jump on LI to simply say "I'm lonely" or something.
Anyways...
I will provide a very organized and clean posting enviornment for people that wish to help/get help.
I have little past experience being a Mod for guilds. I was a Mod for, a Star Wars guild(closed due to lack of posing), another Life Issues guild(left due to captain issues), and a random role-playing guild(left due to retards).

I will help you and give you emotional support, within reason. If you start breaking down, then I will definitely try to help you. However, if you then start annoying/stalking/begging, I will whack you many times witha large, metal object.

I tend to think of myself as a fair person and do try to follow the rules set before me. I try to be as understanding of a situation as I can to help others get the most out of the advice given. I do not tolerate any lack of respect and am not afraid to contact someone about it. However, I don't have much tolerance to whiners, attention seekers and the like. It just grates on me.
I can't say if this counts or not, but while I was playing World of Warcraft (Warcrack) I was an officer in a few of the guilds I have been in. I always let the members know that if there was a problem somewhere, they could contact me and I'd try to sort it out.
My main focus is just to help others out. We all need it sometimes, so I do the best I can.

I don't exactly have the experience as a moderator, but I learn quickly. I'm also a very good people person--I'm very good at keeping people happy, and sorting out any problems that come up. It might take me a bit to get used to moving things and such, but once I get the hang of it I'd probably be able to do so with causing the least irritation among everyone.

Oh ya and i think i'd be a newb as a mod....i mean come on i only own 4 guilds....vice on your other one and crew (Still) on Glits haha i no good at all like

Well, i'm not sure i'd be a good mod. I guess the thing is i'd do my best to learn. I do get on quite often, and this guild kinda seems like it would go far. I'm pretty good at giving advice to (So i'm told) *shrugs* i'm willing to give modding a try if your willing to give me a try as a mod. I'm not gonna lie to ya though i'm not a hard a**. Of course if something happens that nobody likes i'd inform the person but i'm pretty tolerant (sp?? yea suck at spelling too ^.^) I just want you to weigh out the pros and cons. That way you don't have to just purely chance it. Even if I don't become a mod i'm still glad to participate in this guild ^.^

Well, to start off with experience, I owned my own RolePlaying guild back a while ago (about 2 years), but that account got banned.
I also modded in another guild until that account recently got banned unfairly.
I also ran my own thread on said account.
Now, I guess to say I can be pretty strict with people and come down on them kind of hard.
But that's not to say I can't be compassionate.
I also tend to be very very picky, so if something's out of place I'll want to move it, or remove it, right away.
And I have no problems contacting a user about content that may be inappropriate, or whatever the problem might be.

If you do a sprititual type sub-forum I would love to be the crew member to moderate it.
I have successfully owned and operated my own guilds, growing bored with them I sold them. So I know what to do.

As a guild mod I'd be fairly new. I modded a few long running threads after I started Gaia but since have just treid to mediate on the LI. I'd be able to judge the difference between just trying to start something or honestly giving good advice, yet in a harsh way. I've been a faithful member of Gaia for just over 2 years and have yet to get a single justified complaint from another user. As an added bonus I'm on Gaia almost constantly, if not at least once a day. Sounds a little too eager in my opinion though, no? I'm here, I'm a stable person, and that about sums it up...

Well, hey, what the heck, if you want a mod in the future, I'd be willing to take a stab at it. I don't have mod experience on Gaia, but I do run an outside roleplaying site that everyone thinks I do a pretty good job at. I'm also pretty empathic, so advice I give is usually pretty good, too, I suppose. I'll be around, so whenever you need someone, I'm here smile

I have experience as a mod for three guilds and I just love it! I am really fair and serious about the rules. I would love to be a mod here as well!
