Well, YouTube doesn't want copyrighted stuff up on it. (Needless to say there are quite a bit, but their going to take it down if someone complains or they're contacted by the company.)

The second series of Lupin has been copyurighted for quite sometime, and I have found links taken down off YouTube due to the copyright issue.
So, if you want any licensed stuff, you're going to have to buy it/borrow it.

Nani fully supports buying licensed anime. In fact, she has a rule that if she has it fansubbed/bootlegged already, and it comes out over here, she buys the licensed on first thing. It supports more anime being brought over.

That said, not everything is available in the US. So, if you have BitTorrent, you should be able to find quite a bit.

They used to have a ton on Guba, but they were taken down by the users who uploaded them.

They had 1st and 2nd series (which I didn't feel bad about watching cause I have most of 'em on DVD!), but yeah.
