((We've got the cover thread covered! Now for some good, ol' fashined ROLE PLAYING!))
Far beneath the G.I.B. Head quarters lies Section 13, a highly secretive portion of G.I.B. where the most elite agents work. The expirements occuring here are kept quiet. TIM doesn't even know what goes on... nor does he want to. Agent Zi has led this organization since the dissapearance of Doctor PH34R. No one knows what happened to him, but many suspect an expirement gone wrong got him, and neuralization was forced on the witnesses.
All and all, it is fairly peaceful in Section 13 (if you ignore the explosions, expirements escaping, and random craziness).... but for howlong?
At this time, the dramatic music picks up it's pace, and crescendos to a fortissimo.
Agent Zi strolled the halls of Section 13, waiting for a report from some of her agents. She had a bit of a hop to her step, and a wide, cheshirecat-like grin that would make any person who didn't know her twitch slightly.

MD was walking down a hall of Section 13. In fact, it was the very same hall Zi was walking down. MD looked up from a report she was reading to see Zi in the distance. From what she could make out, Zi was being Zi. Hopefully MD wouldn't have to use one of her tranquilizers to calm her down. MD waved at Zi and continued on her walk towards her.

"MD," squeeked Zi, meeting MD, "Just whom I was looking for!" She grinned ever more, clearly hyped on Lawls, and would have winked, except she only had one eye. "How are those reports?"

MD smiled at Zi's usual hyperness. "They're coming along. Seems the tests aren't going as well as he had hoped. I think we're going to up the dosage a bit."

Zi rubbed her temples. "We're talking about Paul, right?" Paul McLawl.... Section 13's biggest..... ummm.... What is Paul, exactly?

MD sighed, then proceeded, "yeah, nothing really seems to be working. His resolve is a lot higher than a normal person's and we can't break him yet. I think three more hours of I Love Lucy reruns might do it."

Zi shivered involuntarilly.... I love Lucy did that to her. "He isn't really the fighting machine we wanted him to be when we first started Project Lawl.... but he's so lovable, I don't want him terminated." Zi had a soft spot for the hyperactive super-human.

From one of the many rooms of Section 13, a loud thump resonated through the hall. A figure seemed to burst from the door, hitting the wall. "That bloody hurt, ya maniac!" The man standing up and dusting himself off was known as Agent Phoenix. He walked back into the room and after a few howls of pain walked back out, removing a pair of latex gloves. Spotting MD and Zi he tensed. "Err. I promise he's not dead."

Zi stared at Agent Phoenix for a moment. "If there isn't a living specimen in there by the time I check, heads will roll," she said, smile never leaving her face. "Now be a dear, and either replace the current carcuss, or make sure it will live atleast until I do rounds." Zi was such a loving Section 13 leader.

"I have to second what Zi said," responded MD with a sigh. There always had to be something problematic that happened... like the day one agent let out an experiment because he thought it was a cute bunny rabbit. That was the last time that agent was seen in one piece.

Phoenix stared back at them, almost hesitating before he spoke up. "What if our head naturally rolls?" he asked, giving a playful smile. He nodded though, and turned, walking back into the room. Section 13 was going to be the death of him, he just knew it.

Shortly after Agent Phoenix retreated back into his room, Agent Murrue stomped out of another room in Section 13 with her clothes slightly charred, ash lightly coating her face, and a slight smell of burnt fabric about her. "Reverse-engineering those staff weapons and modifying them to work as attachments for, say, our standard-issue M4 Carbines or P90s is gonna take way longer than I thought," she said while wiping her face and glasses with a hankerchief. "I assure you that progress is being made with the other Goa'uld tech in the inventory, though. I've built a working model of a shock grenade, and I've started work on modifying the zat technology for use with our own firearms; both of them should be quite useful for us in the future. Some guy dropped off a shipment of pain sticks yesterday; dirty name aside, I'm pretty sure we can find a use for them." Unlike most of the other agents assigned to work with Section 13, Murrue's specialty was alien technology; she filled the role of quartermaster and armorer for the entire section, and to that end she was constantly taking apart, rebuilding, reverse-engineering, jury-rigging, and modifying alien tech to work for whatever purpose the GIB superiors deemed best. Asides from a few minor episodes involving Covenant plasma weapons, Murrue had not sustained any major injuries in the line of duty; even she found that to be quite odd. With the way things were going, though, Murrue was more likely to get beaten by her superiors for failing to meet production deadlines than to get blown up by one of her own creations.

In his usual random and stupid nature Blue popped out from behind the counter then rolled across the floor, GiB burger in hand.
"SHOOP DA WHOOP!" He cried and leapt out of the nearest window. ninja

Zi watched the newest agent to roll in with mild interest. "That was odd," she said, before turning her attention back to the problem at hand. "Thank you Agent Murrue, can you have a new prototype out by next Tuesday? I have to show TIM we aren't just doing nothing down here." AT this time, a scream errupted from somewhere in the building.
