Im tired and my skin is getting dry...I already went to the ER once and they said that I wasnt dehydrated..but it's getting ridiculas....I started off this pregancy weighing 179lbs....I weigh around 168 now...and Im almost 14 weeks..

I've heard that can happen. My friend was having morning sickness (and afternoon sickness, and evening sickness, and night sickness) right from the start until the day before she went into labour sweatdrop
Some women are just really unlucky, I guess. Keep checking in with your doctor and keep mentioning that you are still having morning sickness. If he/she doesn't seem worried, I guess there isn't too much you can do. Some women here who've actually been through a pregnancy and morning sickness may be able to recomment some tricks to help cope smile

:raises hand:
It's called Hyperemsis Gravidarum. And it can be very very serious.
I lost 13 pounds in a week and a half. I would vomit everything that so much as toched my lips. I tried every, absolutely EVERY, single thing to stop it. I even specifically bought those preggie pops and lo, you can in fact throw up a lolipop.
Eventually because of the weight loss and my absolute persistance I was put on a high level antihisthimne that lessened it. I still felt woozy a lot and very sleepy because of the medicine. But I got over the "hump" into about the 6th month. But even after they took me off the medication I would throw up a good three times a week. I remember bleakly thinking "Ushering in that 37th week with more puking!!! yay!!!" xd
It's very very important you stress to your doctor that this is not just morning sickness. That you are throwing up all the time and you demand to have them do something about it.

I'm so sorry! That the most awful thing to have to go through, and it feels like it will never end! If you can find anything you can keep down, be it sips of chicken broth or bites of jello, try it.
My morning sickness didn't end until 16 weeks with my first and 17 weeks with this one. I was admitted overnight to the hospital for dehydration around 12 weeks after throwing up many times daily for 2 weeks and not even being able to keep down saltines or water. They gave me Reglan and Phenergan prescriptions which helped some. Zofran (oral dissolving tablet) helped the most, but was a pain in the butt to get insurance to help pay for (had to jump through hoops for days) and it came with a $40 copay.
Good luck, and all the strength to get you through this!

I had really bad sickness too, but I lucked out because my doctor gave me meds at three months (after I had lost nearly 20 lbs) to help keep things down. My doctor was a bit meds happy though sweatdrop she gave me morning sickness pills, I took thoes because I was so sick, and she gave me sleep pills, didn't take thoes, I didn't feel tired even though I was only sleeping four hours a night sweatdrop then she gave me pills to help me retain water after I got dehydrated around 32 weeks... I didn't take them, I just started drinking more water sweatdrop then after the birth, she gave me hydrocodone for pain, and extra extra strength motrin for pain, which I took two of the motrin and was good... nothing elce lol. She also TOLD me to drink soda (after I declined some perscription something or other to get rid of headaches) because I was having very bad headaches and she said the caffeen would help (and at this point wouldn't bother Cas's growth cause he was SO big already) I had an odd doctor sweatdrop

I think I figured out what provokes my throwing up..fried foods and meat..
Anytime meat or fried foods get near my mouth I get sick..
even before I swollow I end up losing my lunch....
So Im going to try going without a while to see if my theory is true.

I'm still not very good with red meats, my sister said she is the same way. Maybe it's something regarding that?

RaiRai I'm still not very good with red meats, my sister said she is the same way. Maybe it's something regarding that? In my experience thus far, red meat hasn't bothered me at all. It's the beans that make me sick...

I had quite bad sickness untill about 16 weeks I think, Red meat really put me off eating. I stuck to mostly crackers and ribena but then again I've had infections throughout which has effected my eating.
So All I can suggest is eating anything you can keep down regardless of how healthy it is, anything at all is better than nothing [:
