Base Strength
http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g249/HylianElite/Dragonball Z Manga Scans/Gokuand40tons.gif
Quite clearly, Goku maxes about 40 tons of lifting strength in base form. In SSJ, however, such a weight is virtually nothing.

Goku demonstrates his usage of the Instant Transmission at will, nearly instantly, contrary to the popular belief that he must track a specific energy for a few seconds.

Spirit Bomb

Goku manages to use a quick zanzoken to dodge Kid Buu's blast, while in the middle of charging a Spirit Bomb, and he still maintains hold of it.

Goku vs Pamput

Note: This is merely a child feat. As an adult, his abilities are several times more skilled.
As Tien said, Goku blocked Pamput's strike with one hand, and hit him 3 times with his other hand; all of which appeared to be a single move.

Goku vs Krillin

Note: Another child feat. Self explanatory as to it's significance.
Goku demonstrates his ability to use the zanzoken, something he frequently uses as an adult, to render himself invisible, and nearly undetectable. As Tien commented, 8 rapid strikes to Krillin appeared as only one strike.

Goku vs Tien

Note: Another child feat. Self explanatory.
Serious improvisation. To counter the solar flare, Goku steals Roshi's sunglasses in a fraction of a second, with Tien nor Roshi realizing what happened until further investigation.

USSJ and USSJ2

As is shown, Goku single-handedly innovates how to achieve USSJ and USSJ2. Note: He did the same for SSJ3.

Goku vs Piccolo

Note: A late Dragonball feat. Self explanatory.
This is by far one of Goku's best durability feats. He takes a giant hole through the chest, a large hole through his right arm, and after countless other beatings (such as having both of his legs broken), he manages to still dodge the arena blast (without anyone - including Piccolo - even realizing), and smashes into Piccolo for the victory.

Goku vs Oozaru Vegeta (Solar Flare)

A quick escape thanks to the Solar Flare. Not much of an explanation needed.

Goku vs Oozaru Vegeta (Durability)

A brutal beating by Oozaru Vegeta. Goku's entire lower-body is stepped on by him, and then Vegeta follows up by crunching Goku between his hands, breaking several of his bones.

Underwater Kamehameha

An excellent display of strategy. By using two Kamehameha orbs, Goku fires the first one as a distraction. After firing the second one, Frieza though it was actually Goku, however he was wrong. By this time, Frieza was so distracted that Goku managed to get above Frieza - after being underwater - and sends him crashing into a mountain with a solid kick.

Punching Kamehameha

Contrary to popular belief, Goku does not have to stand still and wait for the Kamehameha to charge before firing. As is shown, he repeatedly attacks Frieza with punches while charging his Kamehameha.

Goku vs Yakon

Another superb strategy. In complete darkness, Goku manages to know exactly where Yakon is and what he's doing by sound and by feeling disruptions in the air waves. To finish off this display, Goku overloads Yakon with light. By doing this, he turned Yakon's strength into a weakness.

Goku vs Cell

For starters, we have Cell and Krillin backing-up Goku's ability to destroy a planet. Along with that, Piccolo and Vegeta flip-out, knowing the same thing as Cell and Krillin. To finish off, Goku brilliantly combines his Instant Transmission with the Kamehameha to deliver a point blank Kamehameha at Cell. This is arguably one of Goku's best techniques.

Goku vs Vegeta

Vegeta repeatedly states (3 times) that Earth is toast unless Goku counters his attack. With no reason to lie, and not having been proved wrong, it is only logical to believe the claim. Almost positive that Vegeta is correct, Goku counters, and defeats his blast. Therefore, this shows Goku's ability to destroy a planet, as Vegeta's blast had the same potential, yet was defeated.
