Okay, since the Descibe your perfect match topic is doing fairly well, let's try this. Pretend you found someone for you and descibe a romantic moment between you two, or any two people. NOT LIKE THAT!!! Minds out of the gutters! (the wonderful, beautiful gutters...) Stay PG-13 and stick with the general rules, okay?
I'll go first, mine is two almost random people, okay.
He was standing by the bar waiting for her, drink in hand. She took a moment to really look at him, no one thought they were a good match, but they didn't care. He was a small guy, barely 5'5", he was vain, but he had reason, with those eyes and that hair and God help them all that body, he had every reason. He could have any of dozens of girls with just a glance and they would have done anything for him, but he chose her.
She still didn't know why, she was taller than him by quite a bit, her hair was dull, her face unremarkable, her only redeeming feature to her way of thinking were her eyes. She was broader than him by no small means and they were one of the most mismatched couples in the oom, but he still chose her.
At first she had doubted him, thinking he was toying with her, just wasting time until his next feminine conquest, but as the weeks and months slid by, she came to realize he meant it all. And although they were one of the oddest couples seen in the bar, even their friends were jealous of how close they were; how trusting.
She broke from her contemplation as a woman approached him, a standard for beauty, she seemed perfect. Perfect hair, perfect eyes, perfect teeth, and she couldn't help but notice, a perfect match for him. The perfect woman started talking to him, flirting, cajoling, trying to take him. But the girl mearly smiled as the crowd parted and she saw him edging away from the goddess before him. Edging closer to his love.
The perfect one however, kept coming, oblivious of his dicomfort or ignoring what she saw. He never was very convincing at telling people no. That's why he could never get rid of the unwanted girls that flocked to him before we met. He's too timid; too kind for his own good, I suppose I should help him.
She gently placed a hand on his shoulder and smiled at him, waiting for an answering grin before turning to the woman standing in front of them with a menacing look in her eyes. "Sorry darling, he's taken," she said lightly, still glaring at the intruder. "Well I was pretty sure he wanted me more than you a moment ago," the woman said with a sneer. "Too bad, I guess you're just in denile. If you'll excuse us, I'm sure we can find somewhere we need to be." She grinned at him again and scooped him up, there were advantages to being the larger of the couple, and carried him bridal style right out the door. He waved over her shoulder to the gaping woman standing by the bar and stuck out his tongue for good measure.
When they got outside, she set him down and he smiled at her. "How do you always know what to do to scare the bad guys away?" he asked her. "I just knew you needed a little help," she said quietly. "I'm lucky to have you here protecting me. I love you, you know that, right?" "Of course I know that" she said gently, "And you know I love you too, right?" "Of course." They smiled and looked into each other's eyes, forgeting apearances in the gaze of their love.
Well, that's that, sory it got so long, it popped into my head last night and wouldn't get out. Hope you enjoyed it and will write some too. They can be happy, sad, funny, generally romantic, short, or long, it doesn't matter.

Two teenagers walking home from school. The leaves have all turned there autum colors and some have fallen and leave a mosiac design across the road. They laugh and talk, he carrying on about how the team is going to destroy their next opponent and she smiling, just happy that he is. The leaves crackle and under foot as they walk and the theatening clouds finaling release the the chilly rain on the small town.
The couple screams and laughs as they run under the little cover of his heavy letterman jacket. They reach a tree that still holds most of its leaves but their soaked through and through so they don't care. He takes off his jacket and drapes it over her shoulders to keep her warm. The rain quickly soaks his tee shirt, making it stick to muscle chest and arms. His overly gelled hair falls out of place and droops down over his forehead. Her hair goes from a light brown to darker that the bark on the oak tree and is held up messily by a elastic.
They huddle together and laugh as they realize their bags are still lying in the rain a little way down the road. He smiles down ar her from beneth his hair. "You look good in that jacket" he says "You should keep it." She turned up to face him, mostly to see if he was joking.
"The big jock, who goes out every weekend with a different girl, wants to give his friend, his most prized pocession. Instead of some hot cheerleader." The she questioned, trying to hide her surprise.
"No." he said very calmly "The big jock is not giving it to his best friend instead of a cute cheerleader." She stared at him puzzeled. "He's giving it to the most beautiful girl he has ever known, in hope she'll realize just how much he loves her and always has."
As shock spread across her face he cupped it in his hands and kissed her with more passion than either one had ever felt.

She had been friends with him her whole life-- best friends, the two, and inseperable as well. But slowly, her friendly feelings grew to something more. They grew to love. When he got a girlfriend, she would celebrate sadly. When they broke up, her heart would soar.
One day, the boy asked her to come to the mall with her. "Only a girl knows what girls think, right? I'll need you to point me in the right direction.". The two went, the girl pouting the whole way. Every once in a while, the boy would point out a girl and ask. The girl would give a basic overview, and they would move on.
In the food court, while he was pointing out a group of girls, she stood abruptly. "If you want to find out what a girl thinks about you, why don't you ask her yourself?!" she asked. He looked into her eyes. "Then what, my friend, do you think of me?"
"I think your a great guy, and that if you'd speak to a girl she'd tell you much the same! There are girls who would die to have you as their boyfriend." she replied bluntly. "So, why don't you go talk to her?" she nodded to the blonde he was talking about moments ago.
He stood and hugged her. "I believe I just did." the girl's face had a look of surprise, then joy spread through her he pulled her closer, and the two kissed that of true love.

MUST LOVE ANIMALS!!!! I may be a hopeless romantic, but I'm even more hopelessly in love with animals. Let's just hope a man never gives me that ultimatum, because he'll find himself in the doghouse. rotfl, awful pun, I know.

My ultimate romantic scene: A secluded cabin, in the middle of a blizzard, cuddled up with someone special. Mebbe with some hot chocolate.

One day on the weekend late at night. You and your love are standing under a street light at the corner of your street. You look up and see millions of stars, kinda of like they knew they were supposed to be there that night. All the houses on your street have their lights turned off so the only light you have would be the street lights and the stars. The humdity of a rain storm can be felt all around you. The rain starts to come down in droplets but steadily turns into a strong shower. You and your love are standing in the rain under the street light holding hands. He pulls you into his wet body for a romantic embrace. Close enough were you can feel his body heat on your own skin. He pushes you back and looks at you with such care in his eyes. You know he would never let anything happen to you. He puts his arms around your back pulls you in closer than before. Which is almost impossible considering you were already as close as you could get but somehow he manages to get you even closer to him. He lifts your chin up looks into your eyes and says " I love you. " You look him back into eyes and say " I love you too. " Once he hears that he smiles, and goes in for a kiss. That is so tender on your lips that it feels like a feather sliding across. He goes in again and the rest of you should be able to figure out what happens next. For the record NO its not sex.
