No, and I kinda feel sorry for Orihime. It's not her fault that Ichigo likes Rukia {more romantically, let's admit it} than Orihime.
And though I'm really passionate about IchiRuki, I occasionally look at the really-high detail IchiHime fanart to take a few tips.

I don't really mind IchiHime but IchiRuki just makes more sense because there's love on both sides in IchiRuki where in IchiHime Orihime clearly likes Ichigo but he doesn't like her. So I personally prefer IchiRuki as a long term romantic thing where as IchiHime can be cute cuz it's cute how Orihime likes Ichigo but it would never be anything serious since he doesn't like her back.

IchiRuki are such a cute couple Rukia is so small AND cute and Ichigo is so HAWT~~ awsome couple  sometimes they have serious moments but sometimes there so silly together heart heart
