Sword of Aegis would be right if could get it.
Also brown shoes of some kind.
Not sure what else you'ld need, got the cape, got the shorts and the hair is about right.

Ya get a good sword, golden bracelets, and last but definately not least. add a thick black belt. I know he has one. How do I know? I have the Disgaea 2 strat guide and it has art of Disgaea characters in it, and Laharl has a thick black belt.
Actually it's not a big detail but it should pull your look together and shouldn't be expensive

I've already provided the shorts, and you have the cape, so you're pretty much set smile
I've seen a member use Raptor Horns to simulate Laharl's hair, but I think it's unnecessary, as it kind of looks a little odd.
