What a wonderful day indeed! How was it that everything seemed to be fitting in perfectly? The beautiful colors that seemd to disappear during the fall were slowly coming back and that ugly white stuff was leaving. And to top that off, mares seemed to be everywhere lately! No more icky stallions that he had to avoid, for mares were always surrounding him!
But where were they now? He had met a few in the past couple days, and haven't been alone since...but today...he just felt as though nobody was going to come to him. Frowning slightly, Bliss plopped down on what was left of the snow and sighed to himself.
Hoping that just maybe, just maybe somebody would come around and keep him company.

Esha, on the otherhand, was sad to see the snow go. But at the same time she was happy to welcome the spring. For she enjoyed all seasons, and the differences they had. Since winter was fading, she planned to enjoy what little was left of the cold weather. She made her way through the slush and froze-tipped grass with a smile, her long strands of multi-hued hair flowing with her movements. Her ears perked forward, suddenly, as she saw a figure in the distance. Being the social butterfly that she was, she smiled and kept going, slowing to a walk and then a hault when she got within a few feet of the stranger, a stallion. "Well someone seemed a little bored," she commented, warm, friendly amusement in her voice as she tilted her head, her bangs slipping over her eyes.

A voice filled his ears quicker then he could respond to the approaching mare. The dark stallion looked up to find himself in the presence of a rather gorgeous mare, she was very young and fun looking. Like she didn't give a care in the world. Grinning from ear to ear, Bliss nodded. "Just a tad." He said, his voice coming out rather high pitched from the surprise visit of a mare.
She was pick, another one of Bliss's favorite colors. And her mane and tail seemed to have themselves filled with different shades of red. Oh, wow...she really was a sight to see. And her eyes, they were also very pretty, an off shade of purple, almost and that made him grin once more. Purple was by far, his favorite color. Because of his own eyes, actually.
Getting up to make himself seem like disrespectful, Bliss bowed to the young mare. "Hello, my name is Bliss. Fancy meeting you here, miss. Can a stallion such as myself get the name of such a fine young mare?"

"Well, aren't you charming," Esha whickered in a warm chuckle. Men around here were so polite! It was funny, for while Esha wasn't rude, she always acted very familiar with everyone, treated others like friends before even knowing them. It was always entertaining to see the differences between people. And adventure in itself, really.
Loving to play on words she lifted her slender brows curiously, her lavender eyes twinkling, "Can you get my name? I don't know, are you able to?" It was a teasing, playful gesture.

Her words rang in his ears, once again. She really knew how to make a guy smile. And not only that, but this particular stallion was on the rather ignorant side...he didn't realize that she wasn't joking. He just thought she was playing with him, trying to get this attention. But it definitely worked. "Why, yes I guess I am." He said in a very matter-of-fact voice, "But not as charming as you are, my lady."
Her eyes dragged the dark stallion even closer to her, and he blinked. "Your very pretty. Too pretty to be acting like this in front of a stallion like me. Trust me I'm nothing to get all giddy over..." Bliss dragged on as he realized that her comment confused him. What? Could he? Was he able to get her name?
"What do I have to do to get your name? I've never played this game before."

Esha shook her head, realizing she'd have to take her word-games down a notch. She was always very flexible, adapting to the moods and abilities of others to enjoy their company the most she could. But it certainly was a shame-she did love a good mind game and a tease. "I'm sorry, it was a simple play on words," she gave a sharp motion of her head to clear her eyes and settled in a comfortable, relaxed stance. "I am Esha. It's a pleasure to meet you...?" She tilted her head, waiting with a small smile for his name.

Bliss watched as she shook her head. What had he done wrong this time? It seemed, every single time he spoke he sounded like a complete idiot in front of everyone. Everyone except for Milkshake. He just didn't understand why he couldn't get things right. "Play on words? There are plays on silly words like that? I'd like to see one!" The dark stallion giggled, mentally picturing a stupid little group of horses trying to act something out.
"Esha. Wow, darling name! It fits you, really. Esha. It's like a very flirty name. Much like my own, I suppose. Bliss, here. At your service miss Esha." Bliss nodded slowly and returned her smile.
"What are you doing out here on this fine day?"

Oh dear. He clearly wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, poor dear. Ah well, she wouldn't try to explain, lest she confuse him further. He games could wait for another time, for she always enjoyed company, no matter who it was. "Why thank you, I suppose I never thought of it that way," she chuckled lightly, letting her ears pull forward comfortably, her tail giving a gentle swish behind her. "Me? Well, I'm always about, no matter what the day. Though I admit today is wonderful-spring is coming back, after all."

What was she trying to do? Seriously? Her flirting style was very confusing, and it left the poor dark stallion in a daze. A very confused look formed on his face but he quickly shook it away to make it less obvious. "You're welcome I suppose. Most of the stuff I say just comes from the heart, since it cannot really come from the brain." He giggled at his own comment, finding it to be quite funny, actually.
"Me too! I'm always wandering, looking for new things to do or others to meet! I found my little racoon friend one day just by wandering. And then I found you! Spring? I cannot remember...is that the hot season?" Bliss questioned her, blinking. How many seasons were there again, four? Three? One? Was winter to exsist always?

My, every word she seemed to say confuse him. Poor thing! She flickered her ears thoughtfully, knowing she'd have to make even more of an attempt to keep the conversation simplistic. She didn't want to trouble him, nor make him feel left out. "Spring is when all the flowers bloom and the snow melts away," Esha said with a warm smile and twitch of her tail. "It's one of my favorite seasons, really...I love how everything seems to come to life again! Not that I don't like summer, fall, and winter, mind."

Oh! What a fool he felt like at the moment. Of cource that was what spring was. But it never really hurt to ask anybody anything about whatever he needed. Almost everything was answered.
"Ah, yes so is that the season coming up after all this nasty white stuff goes away?" He grinned, hoping he was right, watching as she twitched her tail. Ah, he couldn't do that himself...his tail was tied up in a braid.
"Yes! Like all the pretty colors of purple, pink, yellow, blue, green..." Bliss rambled on, laughing. "Of cource I remember spring now! "I love spring because of all the pretty colors."

"Mm hm. The warm weather does melt the snow of winter," Esha agreed with a nod. She flicked her ears to the side thoughtfully, peering at her surroundings for a moment, "Well...I certainly love the colors too...but there are other things of spring to be treasured. It's a time of rebirth after a time of sleep." She smiled warmly, turning back to look at him with her lavender gaze.
