do you know how to BXR without having a full clip?
do you know how to throw two grenades within half a second?
do you know how to kill yourself and it tell you that you were killed by the guardians?

how do you superjump or where can it teach you how to? I've watched a couple of videos but i'm still stumped! And how can you get on top in lockout?

Yes, and its because methane is a predominant gass on their home planet, but not on the other covenant races home planets.
There is more than one map you can complete without killing anything, outskirts, uprising, high charity (if you can manipulate a couple of battles right). and some others i can't think of right now.
As to the questions about quadshots and superbounces I am not much of a glitcher, more of an egg finder and story guy. But if you really want I can get you that information.
