You're her daughter! Of course she wants to, even if things get a bit hasty, it doesn't make any difference to how much she loves you.
Ring her again and sort this out with her, tell her that you love her just as much as you love your dad and that you'll go over to visit often, etc.

So this is my advice to you:
Call her one more time and tell her, without letting her interrupt, that you love her and that you want to make this work, but only if she's willing. Tell her you won't call again but that she is very welcome to call you and that you would be happy to start a relationship up again when she decides she's ready to. Then hang up. It won't give her time to insult you or start any arguments. Just let her know that and get off before she can say anything. That way all she'll be able to do is think over what you've said.

After this, try to focus on your father and Jackie as your family at the moment. Don't bring up your mother and tell them you don't want to hear their opinions because it doesn't seem to do any good. Just focus on having a family with them because everyone needs a place to feel safe.

Give your mom time. Patience and time is the only real way to make this work. Pushing it isn't going to do anything so just wait it out.

If you would much rather just get help right away then therapy would be brilliant. Make sure that if you do end up getting therapy, it's just you and your mom, bringing your dad into it will be a huge mess. The best therapy would be for you and your mom to have separate therapy and then have joined therapy sessions.

While all of this is going on, keep your mind on you. When you have times like these you need a way to escape that isn't self destructive. Maybe just going outside for 20 minutes does it. Just to smell the air and take in nature. Maybe reading does it for you or some sort of sport. When things feel too difficult to cope then I would definitely recommend one of those options, and especially talking to friends if they are willing to listen and/or help.
