My list is worryingly long, but Emma Frost, Dinah Lance, Barbara Gordon, Lady Shiva, Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown are all up near the top.
Male superheros are all too masculine for me, though Tim Drake is kind of cute

Majic Ninja Y... y ru comparing u is hot and who is not...they r drawings.... evil In many cases very attractive drawings. Actually, I prefer Catwoman in Batman Returns than in the comics, at least looks wise, I love the pvc costume.

So ultimatly you can still compaire. Psylocke is hawt!

For Marvel:
I would say the coolest is a tie beteween Wolverine and Gambit for the guys.
As for the ladies I would say Storm.
For DC:
Nightwing is pretty cool
Catwoman is the best.

Wonder Woman is definitely one of the most admirable female superheroes. She's graceful, regal, independent, feminist, and when all this comes together, it give her a very unique kind of sexiness about her.
