How would I go about doing this? I need to put this big ol whacky design on a green vinyl suit (cosplaying as X Japans hide last live version) and I'm not sure of the best way to go about it. I was thinking of using black sharpie makers, but I don't know if it will come off or anything. I thought of fabric paint, but I'm pretty sure it would peel off. Can anyone give me some advice please? Thank you very much in advance!

Fabric Paint would proabably peel off vunyl but atleast it would stay fleixble .
