Have any of you ladies been to a GYN after being sexually assulted? How did you deal with it? How did they accomadate you? Did you get anxiety attacks and if so how did you handle it?
I'm pregnant and yes I've been sexually assulted and no i've never had an exam... Can you guess why I'm asking? stressed

My mom's an OB/GYN and she's had to deal with girls/women that were sexually assaulted. Before you go in for the exam, make sure you make the secretary/doctor aware of your situation. That way they'll talk to you before and throughout the exam. As they help you through the exam you'll feel less anxious.
