Go to Bosshair.com and look at their hair gallery. They have awesome ideas and for like... 30 or so dollars you can find an ACTUAL salon (do not go to a chain place like Great clips... unless you can live with a mullet until the top of your hair grows out!) that will cut it for you like the picture, or do something similar.
They also have some pretty kick a** makeup in the pictures.

Yeah, that dress is flippin sweet!!
Personally, I would leave is down and straight, or leave the bangs down and bring the back up all loosely.
Seriously though, noone will be looking at your hair...

holy feck! That is one bitching dress, and yeah, I doubt people will be looking at your hair hun, that's one eye-catching outfit
I'd suggest perhaps wearing your hair up but a little loose so it's untidy 3nodding
For make-up, perhaps smokey/smeared a little eye shadow? Hm, I wonder..

Seriously though, noone will be looking at your hair... i gotta agree.......for one thing...i find long straight hair to be more "gothy' anyway

Yes, you'll need to do something really impressive and dramatic with your makeup, especially your eyes. This is so people will notice that there is something wearing that dress.

These babys.....they go up to my knee  I would wear these but I think its to much...I dont know whatever u think is better
