Welcome one and all to the Planatoid of Water This world is home to any speices that thrives in Water, be it salt or fresh. all beings of this world are greatly weakened by Ice, and can be in compition with those from a world of Plant and Growing things. Will water drown Growth? will wet best dry? One needs to build up their strength, but since there is no where to fight, as the Neutral World is a NO FIGHT zone, and there is no way to access the world of Grass, or Dry, one practices.... for "just in case"

The passage way Accepts you and the waters shimmer, allowing you passage. you slip through and reinter your home. The air is heavy with the coming rain, as always. You see before you the vast expanses of water anyone else would see naught but an endless expanse of water, but your eyes are more accustommed and finbly tuned to see the fine lines of coral that mark the division of Fresh water, Sea water and the Brackish between. As a native you know where the interconnecting underwater caves are, and where the water is cool and where the water is warm. Ah, its good to be home....

Name: Kai
Age: 19
Race: Water Dragon- has 2 forms
Apperance: His normal form is more human looking. His ears are slightly fin shaped and have gills behind them. Both his hands and feet are webbed and have short claws. His skin has a silvery-blue tint and leathery look to it. His hair is blue-grren in color and long. it's usually in a ponytail. His eyes are silver.
His second form is a full dragon form that has silver-blue scales and large leathery wings. His eyes are a deep sea-green in this form. He can spout water blasts much like other dragons can breathe fire.
Personality and History: He has an easygoing attitude and spends all of his time surfing the waters around his home. He doesn't use a board but rather manipulates the water to form below his feet. He loves going out during storms because it makes everything more unpredictable. He loves adventure and taking risks. He's really friendly but has no family and is sort of an outcast with the other dragons because he takes nothing seriously. His other favorite activity is extending his wings in normal form and flying around his home... especially over the water. He normally wears shorts and occasinally t-shirts.

Kai smiled as he 'surfed' the waters near his home. Nothing made him happier than this.... except maybe flying! Then again the two were different activities... and he was thinking too much! This was supposed to be his relaxing time. Never mind that any time is relaxing time to Kai! He spotted someone in the distance and made his way over. Seeing Aqua he gave her a casual yet friendly smile "Hey there! You seem lost... you new to the area?"

He frowned "That must be rough. Where do you live? I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with merpeople's homes but I might be able to point you in the right direction. Or at least to someone who CAN tell you where to go." He looked off in the distance with a thoughful look... perhaps some of the others can help her... but he would have to be sneaky! If they knew he sent the poor girl they'd shun her for sure!
