I was so happy when they finally kissed, it was like House just took out all of his sexual tention with her on that kiss. haha 3 seasons worth.

I think they could be cute, there are better. To me, it was just so Cameron could stab him with a needle, but hey, it was still cute.
But Chase and Houses hug was the cutest thing of that episode x3

i loved how she was so trickstery when she wanted some of his blood. i also thought the real reason House was angry was b/c he was sad that he kissed her. BUT I WANT HOUSE TO STOP BEING SINGLE! I NEED MORE ROMANCE ON THE SHOW!

Maybe him nagging Cameron about the cable was just an excuse to visit her every day...

Yup, it was the episode when everyone thought House was dying because he said he was. Foreman old House he liked him, Cameron did the kiss while trying to get his blood and Chase hugged him.
As for romance on the show, it doesn't really matter to me. Honestly, House being all lovey with anyone seems out of his character. I mean I want him with Wilson but I don't see him being too affectionate with anyone, except for those settle ways he shows it and you know he cares.
I just think Cameron and Houses flame has died down...I loved them at first but then less and less happened and then the kiss of betrayal seemed to put it out. I don't think House would date her after that.I do agree their kid would be gorgeous though xD And they were really adorable in the beginning, so I'm not against it, I just think there's no more chance of it happening.
