I'm curious will the Halo 3 Beta in crackdown be an actual disc or will it be a code that you use to download it off the marketplace. Also I heard it's limited time when will this offer end? What exactly is in Beta is it just one gametype and one map?

It's going to be at least 3 maps I think. The ones we've heard pf.
Vallahela, Highground, and Snowbound. Probally all gametypes as well.

Its a disk if you got in already.
If you are getting in through crackdown, then you will download the beta from live, and start it from crackdown.
It will only last a limited amount of time, but bungie has not said when it will start, and when it will end. Although it should begin sometime in the spring, as long as its ready, according to bungie.

And if you didn't buy Crckdown already you probably missed out on the beta copies.

And if you didn't buy Crckdown already you probably missed out on the beta copies. I keep hear people saying they're limited edition. Didn't everyone run out and buy a limited edition of Halo 2 because they were all going be sold out? I can still find copies.
