Setting
You should be outside in nature, both day and night it can be done. The moon can be in any phase, any day and such.

Actions
Go to a tree, stone, stream, flowers, anything natural. Extract energy from your object. Then store it in your astral glass container, in the form of a ball. Keep doing this with different energies from nature, until you have enough energy stored in the glass container. Once done, extract the energy and use it in any spell.

Setting Before the casting of any spell you want to be stronger
Actions light the candle holding it in your hands. Then say:
