Going by my current avatar.
Pros: The item combination I used to get this look is unique, since it takes advantage of the fact that only one half of the body is blackened by the Shadow Spirit. Thus I get the really cool "demon" look with the white eye. Also the avatar is just overall badass, but I'm kinda worried about the lower parts (specifically feet). There's nothing fiery that could go on the feet. crying
Cons: The overall "look" is horribly overdone. People are always trying to look demonic or like pyros. Also, there's the aformentioned issue regarding the feet area being kinda bare (suggestions would help). Finally, I'm not an incredibly popular user, so it's likely that I might lose simply because other popular people would get more 10's from their friends.
If I do this, I'm thinking of making a description that would classify me as some sort of hell demon wreathed in flames, with a heart of pure evil shining brightly from within.
Tell me what you think.

I'd say about 70% of ATers(Avatar Talkers), visit and vote in the Avatar Arena. They may be harsh on your avatar because of the cliche 'fire demon' look.
But I would say you have a good chance.

(In reference to either forcing a stylus control on the player, or going with original button schemes) I'd love to go with QZ's approach, but the problem is that I have no ******** clue what the Ghost Rider is beyond someone telling me it was a horrible movie. sweatdrop

For starters I think riding of the nighmare scarf would change a lot for the better.
And forget the Skull Rider idea. Its been done already in the arena. Some poor guy got flamed like s**t for making one.
Altought his was not really great at all.

For starters I think riding of the nighmare scarf would change a lot for the better.
And forget the Skull Rider idea. Its been done already in the arena. Some poor guy got flamed like s**t for making one.
Altought his was not really great at all. Thanks, Queen ^_^ If we were to remove the Nitemare scarf, can you think of anything black that would cover the face that isn't a jacket? The nitemare scarf is essential in that it covers the left side of the face that isn't affected by the Shadow Spirit, which ruins the effect completely.

And jeez, that's harsh. It shouldn't matter if someone uses only DI's or only expensive items- if they can pull off a look and do it well enough that it wows someone, it shouldn't matter what they're using to accomplish that goal. *sigh*

That and it was the first week of it so they said something like. Everybody uses that MC. 2. mad I call ******** shenanigans. I mean honestly, who cares if you use MC's a lot? My entire ******** avatar is 100% of the time made 95% up of MC's. gonk Alright, I think this may be the final look. I decided to make everything uniform (Black in front, fire in back), which I hope works out. Do you think I should stick with this, or keep on using the flame gauntlet the way I had it? (If I use the Flame Gauntlet, I can come up with a story for it). Also, if I end up sticking with this, are there any other black gloves that don't suck? I need something menacing, but the Nitemare gloves look like s**t in the right hand with the current pose. Thankfully it's liveable, since the Nitemare scarf blends into it nicely... for the most part. Edit: I also just realized, I have one piece of Damascus Armour in my inventory, and the Gauntlet actually looks not half-bad. Good idea/bad idea?
