How'd you lose him?

Well teaching myself to play guitar was going good so far...But now I'm on the lesson called "two string rock" and I can't get it right gonk crying I keep messing up and can't switch between the 2 strings AND the 3 frets. I can switch between the frets with ONE string but I am having difficulties with two. gonk I'm never gonna get anywhere.

How'd you lose him?
