The large building in front of which you stand, looms over you. A reminder of the past? It is because it was once a warehouse used for manufacturing. The stone steps rise upwards to a door, rather ornate for a factory. But this is no longer what it once was. Few things are.
An antique bronze mailbox is hanging to one side, its detailing perfect for what it is. A demon head with eyes that you would swear are watching you. You open the door certain that it has shifted its eyes to follow you and the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
Upon entering the hallway, you find two doors. One leading, you assume, downwards, is padlocked. The stairs to the left lead upwards and just beyond them, an elevator cage. The rusty iron gates reveal the platform is down and you decide which way you want to continue.
Upon reaching the second level, you find another set of doors. One obviously leads to a storage room. The sign on it says 'storage' and it too is locked.
The second door is as ornate as the lower entrance door was. Still uncertain what has drawn you, you reach for the doorbell to one side anyhow. You barely catch an echo of sound within before the door is opened.
A girl with raven hair and amused green eyes answers the door. "Yes? May I help you?" she states, her lips twitching upwards in extreme amusement as if she knows why you are there.
She does.
"I..I'm not really certain why... I-I.. mean.." you stammer out, nearly sighing at your own insecurity.
Laughter ripples from her lips as she continues watching. "I'm Eftemie, Effe, or Efte to my friends. You might as well come in. Everyone does. The more the merrier I always say..."
You hesitate as you watch her.
"And don't worry. You will figure it out." she says and shoves the door open wider. "Make yourself at home. We're a strange lot. Chaotic Exceptions as we call ourselves. Afterall, what two are truly alike even if the same species?"Contents

Custom prices...? Wow... I really, really, really, debated on this. First. No cosplays. I refuse to do them for my lineart. If I've taken the time to create something, then I think it deserves its own idea from the person who is going to own it. That is not to say I will not take a picture if it is of say.. armor or some such and you want something similiar. But I will not do a true cosplay. No exceptions.
The easiest way is to just list custom prices for the various pets since there are so many. Some of these pets are more or less custom anyhow, such as the mirshu, but if you want to pick and choose beyond what I have set up, then you pay the custom price. Again these are not reasonable because I don't want to be swamped with them. The prices are standard. If there are lineart edits on anything other than Mirshu and Icarians, then the prices may be adjusted. That will be based on the difficulty of the lineart edit.
Yes, I am crazy. There's alot that can be said for craziness within reason. This is NOT reasonable, because you are paying for me to drop other things and do this. That does not mean you have the right to abuse the privilege of a custom by abusing the artist/colorist whether myself or another who works for my shop. I will act accordingly.
Only two slots will be opened. If names are in those slots, do NOT PM me about getting one. When a slot comes open, post that you want it on the shop and I will reply. Then I will ask for details to be PM'd to me. If a trade is sent and PM without asking for it and the list is full, I will consider it a donation.

I made a new thread, but it's gone. So we are back here, but I'm redoing the main page over. Stripes, Radiir, and Aqua all evolved. Page should be done in a short time.

I've updated again in several places on the first page. I'm working on new lineart as well as a possible flatsale next week sometime. The information in the very first post on page 1 has changed a great deal. And there will be a new addition to the maps and the roleplay info will change as swell since we have a guild and the info is there. A guild link will always be in the announcements. All the mikimoo have been evolved to adult form for those who are rping in the thread. I don't think I missed anyone, but if I did please post that I did. These need to be uploaded to your own server. They will not remain more than two weeks. Some new graphics were added today with a special note that Puck's Wood is using them also though for something different.

Aqua evolved! Boomerang evolved! eek New Ancient! And Anyone who wants their image resized smaller, let me know at any time. I'm resizing most to be either no taller than 249 pixels or no wider than 249 pixels. I think most try for more than one in a signature. This would allow at least two images to be side by side or one image over another.

I updated the owners' lists with the mikimoo and mirshu stages. The mikimoo information is also added. Still deciding on customs and 4th forms.

I updated the shop with Mikimoo information as well as several other areas. Read them to find out what is new. I restructured the stage information on the mirshu. It's also been placed in colors so that each stage is distinguished from another. I placed links rather than the pictures.

1. All Gaia rules apply here.
2. This is my store. I own all of it. The mirshu world, its creation and concept belong to me. These are are direct adaptation of a character I created several years ago. I merely thought it would be interesting to adjust them for this as something new for them and me.
3. I can and will adjust anything pertaining to them at any time. I can do this because I created them, but if I make exceptions it will be on a one to one basis and dependent upon the reasoning behind it. Just because I do it for one does not mean that all will get the same exception. It is my judgement and it is final when I decide. NO whining and complaining that something is not fair.
4. Do not steal my images. Those who do will be blacklisted and reported to moderators.
5. Do not alter my images without permission. I may have a colorist or two doing the 4th form images, but they are the only ones who are doing anything to my drawings.
6. You can directly link to your image if you wish to do so. I am using Photobucket at the moment. I prefer you to save it to your own server once it reaches adult. Save the images as they evolve so that you will have them.
7. Mirshu do not mate unless in 4th form. So if you choose not to roleplay, you do not gain the 4th form and you cannot breed. No whining or complaining about this rule. This is a perk for those serious about wanting to breed mirshu.
8. No reserving, whining, complaining, or badgering. It will get you blacklisted.
9. Only send trades if I have confirmed them. Otherwise, gold only. I reserve the right to refuse any items or pets. It doesn't mean I don't like the item or pet. I merely have no use for it or time for it.
10. I will adjust my rules if problems occur at anytime I see fit to do so.
11. Roleplaying is whenever anyone can get together. Make a post.

The Nomads are those species that migrate, disappear, or simply move away for some unknown reason. They are only here for a short time, then suddenly vanish, and who knows when they will reappear.

Roozels are a race of kangaroo like creatures, that start in pouches. They eventually evolve to a more human like form, but still maintain their large tails which they balance upon. They all live together, but have clans within the grouping. Their markings are brightly displayed.

Wuffirs are a small wolflike creature with curved horns. They are not known to be very amiable even to their own species, but there is the rarity amongst them that will play nice. Those that do will even attach themselves as friends or companions, but they still tend to go their own way most of the time.

Trits are a very large beetle whose empy egg shell is prized for it's coloration. The egg is nearly a foot long and resembles pearl once the trit has hatched. They are intelligent though they do not use telepathy as they have a language of their own. It is a series of clicks and raspings made by antennae and legs rubbing together. They can become friendly if treated properly.
The child stage is a small beetle that moves quickly through the grasses. At this point they cannot fly but rely on the speed to hide from predators.
The adult Trit is capable of flight and reaches a size of 12-15 inches in length. Their shells obtain their full color at this point often reflecting the sunlight as a miasma of rainbow across their backs.

Ebirds have a birdlike lower body but a plant like head. Part plant and avian it is a flightless creature that can dodge very quickly in its adult form. It is an oddity that is very friendly and playful.
The child birdling's legs are much shorter, but it does have a defense mechanism that fools even the most ruthless. It merely stops, digging its feet and lower body into the ground and literally looking like a blooming flower. Picture telepathy begins but it is rather scrambled at this stage.
The adult ebirds are a strange looking creature with long knobby kneed birdlegs and one flower petal for a head. Feathers cover the lower portion of the creature though it changes to a grassy fringe as it rises upwards to the head. They are telepathic, but send pictures - images - rather than words.
Zelbrins & Sages

Language: Equine
Zelbrins are a species of striped equine about the size of a small pony. They are sturdy, playful and frolic most of the time. It's rumored that one can call them if one has the right item. Their manes are unusual in that they are large stiff mohawk like masses often two colors or more.
The flute is the instrument by which the Zelbrin is called. They are considered to be born naturally of their parents, but flutes play certain songs and appear magically for all Zelbrins and Sages.
The children frolic in the grasses just as other equines do. Their manes are short at this time and stand up stiffly. All have stripes though those of the children are fainter than the adults. A few spots begin to be seen.
The adult Zelbrin is about the size of a pony though quite sturdy. Their stripes and dots have entirely appeared and their manes are much longer though they still appear as stiff mohawks. Male Zelbrins always have dots in even numbers. Female Zelbrins have odd amounts. On the rare occasion, one of ether will be born with the wrong spots or a combination of both. These are considered Sages as they do not fit.

Regular breeding prices vary from species to species. One shell must remain with the shop, but owners get first choice and may each claim one to keep or give away. Remainders would be sold in a flatsale. This is for the mirshu and the mikimoo both.
Dispersion nests are expensive and the owner would get to keep all but one for the shop. This can be anywhere from 3-7 shells at random. And yes, I changed this price because I want people to really stop and think about it before they disperse one they have raised from a shell to an ancient. icon_stare.gif
It does take a male and female to breed for either the mirshu or mikimoo, except in Ancient Dispersion. No exceptions. I'm not saying that two females or two males cannot fall in love. They will merely produce no children. Feel free to foster. smile Both owners must post that they are breeding as well as which miki they are doing so with if they have more than one. I won't get it started just because one person says so.
Then when the trades are sent, I will place their images in the nest. It takes anywhere from a week to two weeks. Do not whine complain or push and constantly ask. It WILL make me slower. Dispersions are different. They basically die so their images will get more transparent as they use more of themselves in producing shells. When they vanish, the shell images will replace them.
As for the selling of the shells that you have claimed... Your shells can be sold as flatsales in the shop, but I expect 20% of the proceeds. Or you can give them away. No auctions. Just make sure I know who you are giving it to so I can add them to the list and see that they get their evolutions.
Mirshu Breeding
The mirshu do not breed in any form except the *fourth form*. Stage 3 is considered a teen. Mirshu nests are a pile of damp sand and seaweed on a specific beach found by an innate instinct. On occasion they will build a nest in a box if they are too far away from the beach. They can breed or mate. If they choose a mate, it is final and they do not breed with any other. 3-4 shells are the most ever found within a nest. Rarely 5 shells are found except in dispersion nests which is discussed further down this section.Mikimoo Breeding
Mikimoo breed only in adult forms whether angelic or demonic or flittermoo, etc. They have no magic that is known, unless it is a chaotic exception. (Efte's choice) They also build a nest of sand and seaweed on the same beach as the mirshu. They follow their instinct to find it and will build a nest in a box if they cannot get to the beach, though they will still need the seaweed and damp sand.Dispersion
Another form of increase, though not exactly breeding for both Mirshu and Mikimoo, is Ancient Dispersion. On the rare occasion (owner decides to do this), an ancient Mikimoo or Mirshu (fourth form) can disperse itself entirely, scattering its body to produce new shells. The personality of the ancient is lost and this is considered a type of death as it is fragmented and produces (at random) 3-7 new shells. One mortally injured will attempt this very act to leave something of itself behind. (The number of shells depends largely upon what the ancient accomplished as well as the intensity with which the roleplaying was done.)
In this type of reproduction, it does not matter whether male or female. It is not normal breeding, but a magical solution to procreating. It is not something that can be controlled either. The mixed breeds are made in this way, but the percentage is extremely low that it will happen. But it's unavailable now because there are no Angelic Ancients.
Dispersion takes twice as long as breeding for the shells to be created and for the creatures within to be coaxed out. And you entirely lose your Ancient. It is gone. No exceptions.
Mixed breeds like Alfestus are NOT gained by breeding a demonic and angelic. They are much rarer than that and can only be gotten in ONE way. It takes the dispersion of two ancients. 1 Angelic 1 Demonic. Then there is only a chance of 1-2 mixed breeds though that is no guarantee. Ancients will not be easy to get other than roleplay or the rare sale. Please don't breed yours with the intent of gaining a mix. It won't happen that way.Mirshu Nests
