~History~
Orion: the hunter. He was born that way, and is the ultimate proof of nature over nurture. Son of wild merpeople, Orion's father died in a hunting accident before he was even born. When he was very young his mother told him tales of his father, a great hunter, a great fisherman. She said Orinan would bring home great sea beasts and take down starks with his mighty trident.
Even though Orion was only about four years old and had never seen a trident or spear in his life when his mother died her stories stayed with him as he was passed along from traveling mer to traveling mer. He was finally adopted by a pair of peaceful, quiet merpeople named Elleina and Angelico, both angelfish. Angelico was the only father he knew, and Elleina was a beautiful and kind mother. Soon their family was joined by Elleina and Angelico's only child, Angelina, Orion's adoptive sister.
The years went by and Orion and Angelina grew up. When they were old enough they decided to move to the city, where they quickly found a home and jobs. Orion didn't like what he was doing, however, and started to look for something to do in the city that was more fulfilling. That something turned out to be a hunter/fisherman. Like his birth father before him, Orion would be a great hunter.
