The Mermaid Aphrodite

Name: Aphrodite
Race: Mermaid

Appearance:
Hair: Long and wavy golden blonde hair that looks like it's dancing around her head, it always seems to be moving wich can look kinda odd, but beautiful.
Eyes: If you look closely, you'll see her eyes have a deep darkblue color. She has very long lashes and usually wears black mascara wich makes her eyes look even prettier and a little mysterious.
Build: She is very tall, taller than most mermaids and has a slim body that, for a female, is pretty muscular.
Clothing & accessories: Aphrodite wears a pink bra that matches her tail. The bra is made from two seashells, tied together with seaweed that is dyed the same color salmon pink. She also has a bracelet, given by a human she knows. It's red and made from beads found on the surface of the ocean and heart charms made of coral.

History: Aphrodite was born on the 14th of February. She appears to be born from the foam of the sea, just like the Greek goddess that shares her name. No one knows how old she really is, but never has anyone seen her before that day so they assume she was born on the 14th. Something that has to be said, is that she was an adult from the first second they discovered her in Neptune's Oasis, wich is odd because most mermaids and mermen are born as starfishes and grow into merpeople as time goes by. Therefor, everyone assumes she must be the daughter of the sea herself.

Personality: Aphrodite is a beautiful girl that is still very naive. She doesn't know the world, neither does she truely know who she is herself or what she wants is life. Danger is a unknown word to her, she trusts everyone so she gets hurt and betraded easily. She shall treat people the way she would want them to treat her and she doesn't judge easily. She is positive about the world around her, but not at all confident. In fact, she's very insecure, especially around guys. She also tends to get emotional quickly. Special is her innocence wich makes her even more beautiful and amazingly attractive to others. Though she looks absolutely stunning and must be meant to find love, she is not aware of her own beauty.

Relationships:
Your Love Only: A human she met short after she was born. They are very close friends and
______________Aphrodite likes to think of Your Love Only as her big sister, who will always
______________protect her and be there for her.
Fleur: Another mermaid who also has a special history that immediatly created a bond when Your Love Only
_____introduced them to each other. Though the confident Fleur sometimes intimidates Aphrodite,
_____she wouldn't want to miss her in het life. They are close friends and even decided to share a home.
Orion: A merman she met while she was in Lunera. She doesn't know him very well yet, but she feels
__.___strongly attracted to him and has the secret wish to get together with him.
Titiana: The friendly school librarian who has helped her when she lost control over herself and had a panic
_______attack. Aphrodite likes her and sees her as a friend.

Aphrodite's Roleplays

Lunera: The biggest underwater city in Neptune's Oasis has offered Aphrodite an exciting new place to hang around. First it looks unnaturally quiet in there right, but she actually found comfort in that big, lonely place that for her, seemed to represent her dreams and fantasies. While she was enjoying the enviroment, a man named Orion also came into Lunera. Aphrodite is strongly attracted to him, but when she tried to talk to him, she paniced and ran away. A few hours later she returned, after the school librarian Titiana adviced her to go find Orion. She has searched the city, but Orion doesn't seem to be there. After a while, he actually runs into her and asks her why she ran away so quickly. She avoids the question, and manages to actually get to a point where they plan to hang out together for a while. Would there be a rising romance after all?

School of Many Fish: Being the school's hallkeeper she knows everyone in the entire school. When she ran away from Lunera, she tried to hide in the school, which she thought was empty. But it wasn't, Titiana, the head librarian, was there also. In desperate need for help, she has asked Titiana for advice. Titiana was nice and told her she had probably done nothing wrong. After a while Aphrodite felt better and decided she had to go find Orion and fix things.

No Place Like Home: Orion and Aphrodite, who really seem to hit it off, have decided to go to her place. There Aphrodite is introducing him to Fleur, and when she's able to talk to Fleur in private, she tells her she thinks she's in love with Orion.
