The sun held high, it was a hot mid summers day. Lugia took a light stroll down the dirt path, making her way to the stream where she spent most of the warm afternoons lounging around at. Passing the large oak tree she used as a marker she noticed something laying on the ground further into the woods. Taking a look around to see if anyone had dropped anything, she walked over to it and noticed it was an old box.
The box had a small amount of dust and leaves laying on it. Tilting her head to one side she looked at the box more and then got up the courage to poke it with her paw. She didn't know what it was there for, or what was inside so she was extra cautious as to not stir it.

Startles a little, feeling a slight vibration. "What was that?" ._. "I haven't been disturbed in years..." Shifting in its surroundings, making it move. "Must have been my imagination" If it only knew....

Lugia jumped when the box made a movement. She hadn't seen any box like this before and didn't know what to think about it. Looking around her once again to see if anyone was there, as if she hadn't seen them before, she look back down at the pink cardboard with a confused look. Pondering the box some, she decided to poke it once again to see if it would move this time or if it was in her imagination.

Is woken up again. "There is no mistake, I know I felt something...." Shaking self from a long slumber it decides to shift again. Jumping up alittle, lifting itself off the ground several inches. "What is disturbing me?" Pokes the side of a wall wondering if it was still a dream. ._.

Startled and taken aback, Lugia stood a small distance away from the box. What is going on? she'd ask herself. she decided to stay back for a little while and watch it for any other movements. This was no ordinary box, there was definitely something up with it. For fear of what that might be, she didn't want to take any large chances right now.

There wasn't anymore sounds or vibrations. But it was now fully determind to prove it wasn't going insane. Rumbling around it started to move itself sideways. Maybe it was bumping into a un moving object... or maybe the wind was strong this day. It needed to know.

Cocking her head to the other side, Lugia watched the dusty pink box bound about in it's place. Thinking this is getting too wierd, she stood up and stepped closer to take a better look while it was in movement. Right when she took her step, the box started hopping toward her.

It was gonna keep bouncing around till it found the source of its disturbence. Couldn't be the wind, it would have felt it by now. Nothing was in its path, nor was anything poking it. It was about to stop and give up. "I'm foolish to be jumping around like this" >.>; "What am I? A jack in the box?" XP Taking its last bounce it hit something hard, knocking its sences out. Leaving it dazed and lying side ways.

Leaping back at the abrupt encounter, Lugia didn't want to mess with this. She turned to leave and looked back at the seemingly lifeless box laying sideways on the ground. She turned back around and waited for a moment or two but there was no more movement. Sighing, she walked back to it and placed a paw on the side facing upwards. The pushed down and tilted the box back upright the way it stood before. Taking her curiosity one step further, she latched a claw on one of the flaps of the box and began to life it to take a gander at it's contents held inside.

Blinking, its sences slowly came back. "What was that?" o.o Before it could begin to fathom what happened it noticed it was being moved without its permission. "What the..." It flopped from its side to its belly with a hard thump. "Ow" ;-; Shaking itself it noticed scruffling noises from up above. "Nuuu! Not that!" It jumped frantically away from its attacker. I'm not supposed to be opened!

Lugia pulled her paw away and held it in the air while she watched the box bound around again. She started to understand that it wasn't gonna cause her harm and wanted to understand what was making it move. Placing her paw down she stepped back and laid her chest on the ground with her butt in the air, in a pouncing position. She watched the box a little longer, swaying her tail side to side, waiting for the moment when she will leap onto it.
