This is something i was working on for the past two days. I'm a newbie when it comes to Photoshop and i'm trying my best to learn. Well, this is a new technique I did and a new style of chibi for me as well.
The only thing I did was add the base colors and turn off the outline. I love the neon glow it gives off......what do you think?
