What shows would you like to see revived? There have been some wonderful revivals in the past few years, as well as some not-so-great. What's your opinion?

Personally, I think the world (or at least, New York) deserves a revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. It may be my new obsession talking (^_^ wink , but it's a truly remarkable show and I would love to see it get the credit it deserves these days.

News: Zanna Don't is going to have a revival and it's going to be on Broadway this time! (It's also only going to be called "Zanna")

I think that M. Butterfly, Funny Girl, and Bat Boy should be revived

Crap. Well, hopefully they'll cast females that can sing on key this time for the revival cast recording.

I definately would NOT like to see Cats revived... LET IT DIE!

Uhm... Revivals... I think Tennessee William's work needs to be revived. I mean what a rich legacy his plays have. Everyone knows the friggin glass menagerie... SCREW THAT ONE! I'm talking Street Car Named Desire... Cat on a Hot Tin Roof... Night of the Iguana. There are even more of his works that deserve more fame than they have. Its so sad! crying

They're doing a revival of A Chorus Line. I think it comes out either next year or 2007.

Mister
They're doing a revival of A Chorus Line. I think it comes out either next year or 2007.

It's going to be up this coming season. With any luck, it can add "Best Revival" to its Tony and Pulitzer prizes.

As for CATS, I like it...but it needs some time to be dead. It ran for twenty years. It needs a sleep of ten to thirty until it's revivied.

Personally, I'd like a revival of Finnian's Rainbow. It's such a cute little show.

Children of Eden.

It's such a great show, but it's never actually been on Broadway. It opened in London right before the Gulf War (1991) and was in New Jersey in '98. It's a show that could do very well on Broadway.
