I recently joined a Christian Forum to discuss a few things with them, as far as I could tell my temper was pretty well controled and I didn't attack Christianity in any way, but then someone tries to debate me on whether I am an Atheist, I try to explain to them that LaVeyans are normally atheistic, but he says that since we call our selves Satanists, it means we view Satan as god. So I provide the 9 Satanic Statements, and today, I am banned.
I didn't bring up my own religion in disscussion unless they brought it up, but I made it perfectly clear what I believed.
They say it was a ToS violation, but I read the ToS 3 times before I even joined and they said nothing of it.

Sadly, cases like this are common, both on Gaia and in real life. In the early days of the Guilds system, before people had the option to remove their own membership from guilds, I had a member come to me and ask to be removed because his mother was making him. She saw the Satanic Goat in the guild banner and told her son she didn't want to be a member of a guild that does not condemn Satanism. On top of that, she spoke out against the guild saying that being tolerant of non-Christian religions allows people to stray away from the one true path to God.
If the events you spoke of transgressed just how you said, I find no fault in your actions. You were simply trying to clear up a misconception about your faith. Unfortunately, bearing in mind that most Gaians are young teens, and that most religious guilds aren't used to having members of other religions, some members may be quite sensitive to certain topics. It is well established that the majority of Christians view Satanism as the ultimate threat or evil. However, despite this fact, the world is more tolerant now than it ever was before.
I'm afraid I can't offer much advice about what to do. Despite your having done nothing wrong, a guild is allowed to ban anyone for any reason. If I were you, I might send a PM to the guild captain explaining exactly what happened, making clear that you were trying to clear up a misconception. If he/she ignores you or responds negatively, it's not worth stressing about, and I'm sure you can find another more mature Christian group to debate with.

Thanks for the help, it was the Christianity.com forum that I was banned from.
I sent the e-mail to them, explaining what I was doing, and explaining that according the their ToS it was perfectly acceptable.

Not all guilds have the most discerning moderators or the most organized Terms of Service. If something is seen as offensive enough (whether it was intended to be or not) than that can be grounds for a ban to some moderators. Maybe they thought you were trying to make some trouble? Satanism is one of those things that tends to astir negative reactions from people, even those who tend to be very tolerant. Perhaps it just wasn't the right time or the place to bring that topic up?
