I had such a great time with my students, they loved to cook for us and we all loved it. In fact, they left the extra packets at my place.
Problem, all the instructions are in japanese! I love the curry they made, and the rice balls were wonderful. But I can't read the directions! stressed
Anyone got some good japanese recepices, especially curry and rice balls. Finding the stuff won't be hard, we have a market around here or the military commisary has half an isle of oriental food.
Any help would be great! Dani

To burn for knowledge... You could try going to the food networks homepage and searching for Japanese food. Or even better going onto google and typing in the specific food items you are wanting to make. There should be a plethura of knowledge from those links.
...to heal with understanding.

The Mitsuwa Marketplace has a recipe section. Some stores there have some cook books. ( if you don't live close like me, I think you can order ) You could find a Japanese restaurant and ask for Recipes, assuming it's a common recipe and not some house special.( They might want that kept to themselves ) Well, good luck.
