It's a pretty generic question. sweatdrop I've checked DoA, and can't find anything, so here it blow: How many cans of Mr. Super Clear does it take to coat an MSD body? When I say body, I'm not just including the body, but also the head, once before face-up and once after. I don't know if one can will be enough, or if I should get two in order to remain on the safe side. The doll is a Dollzone Tintan, if that would change anything. Thanks much in advance, and loads of St. Valentine's day love. heart

Get 2 cans just in case, but it should only take one since you are only spraying 3 light coats to the body, 2-3 on the head before faceup, a coat in between faceup layers( so you dont mess up work you've done) and then 2-3 when finished.

Heh, one can. I'm still using one can and i've coated and blushed two dolls [one MSD, the other SD], and face-uped three more heads [Two SD, one MSD]. And let me tell you, i am not stingy on the use of the Mr. Super Clear. I coat the crap out of them.

How big are the cans? o_o; I know I go through 1~2 entire cans of testors when I do a faceup. @_@; But their cans are tiny, too..

Never.Rebellion How big are the cans? o_o; I know I go through 1~2 entire cans of testors when I do a faceup. @_@; But their cans are tiny, too.. you must be waaaay over-spraying. I used Testors for while, doing about 20 faceups before switching to MSC, and could do 2-5 per can and have well coated heads with faceups that lasted for months( would have been longer if the owners werent goons and messed them ) You only need thin coats. Its not necessary to use an entire can for one head.
