I found this video on Youtube the other day and to me, it was quite disturbing. They did this experiment with little African American children (I, myself, am African American) and they sat a white doll and a black doll in front of them and asked 21 children three different questions. 15 choose the white because it represented good and beauty. The black doll, to the 15 children, represented evil/bad and ugly. Please, I encourage you to watch this video and tell me what you think about it, did you go through anything like this, and why do you think things like this still happen? I watched some of it like four minutes of it...
Dark skin isn't to bad...skin tells who you are and stuff.
I don't think it matters if you have dark skin or even colourful skin.
I had the same feeling about dark skin...I have dark skin for a Chinese.>.<
So I have been mistaken as a Philippine.
Out of all my cousins I'm kinda the darkest one out of all of them.
But the odd thing is three of my cousins that are the same age as me have dark skin too. >.< Just us three.

I think its sad that the 15 black kids think that black is evil
but I cant really relate because i have pretty dark skin for an asian( partly due to my skin condition) but i never cared about it and none of my friends cared because to us skin color does not matter
sorry, i dont think that really helped

I haven't watched the video yet due to fact that my connection is dial-up. I did read the breif summary on it in the first post,
I think that you can say that, thinking this way is horrible and disgusting and people shouldn't be that way. But the fact is, THIS IS HOW IT IS. There will always be something that you don't like and shouldn't be but the hard part is, you have to understand and accept that you can't really do anything about it.. from a simple thing like, little kids thinking black colored dolls are evil to being stereotyped or discrimination or even racism.. This is the real world and people should accept the fact that there are people like that. This is hard truth to swallow but it is the TRUTH. P.S. don't get me wrong, I think this is just wrong.. but i may be over analyzing something this simple.

I've seen that video way before on FOX news. I'm not suprised. It's the cause of society. They're children. They only know what they've been tought by their surroundings. As time goes by usually their likes will change.
