Lord Toon here...I've been running around the whole Interwebs, looking for any other DDR V-RAREs around. Luckily, I have Eight CD's of V-RAREs. But nowhere have I've found THE whole list of which V-RARE are out there and what songs are on it. For that, I've documentated ALL V-RAREs so far:

My bemani album collection is a lot bigger, and includes all the US and Japanese V-Rares, sooo I don't really see why this needs it's own thread. Locking unless this actually goes somewhere. :B

I prefer OST's, they are basically the same as the v-rrares, but with all the songs.
Plus I heart non-stop megamix.

Plus I heart non-stop megamix.

The megamixes stopped being good after 6th mix. 7th was only cool for what they did with Tsugaru, Extreme sucked except for a couple of songs, and Supernova was a huge ******** waste of an hour and eight minutes of my life.

The megamixes stopped being good after 6th mix. 7th was only cool for what they did with Tsugaru, Extreme sucked except for a couple of songs, and Supernova was a huge ******** waste of an hour and eight minutes of my life.

The only thing I liked about extreme was the Full versions of Love <3 Shine, Senorie (speedy mix), Irrisistablement.
Cartoon heroes was decent, and the slightly extended trip machine was okay.

Barely anything can beat 4th mix's NSMM due to the full on remixes to half the songs, they actually made love again tonight sound really good. and the adding of some of the 3rd mix classics was awesome too.

I don't know what the time limit is for dead and do not disturb threads...but I need to ask...what the hell is he talking about? what is a V-Rare?

Around a month. I wouldn't suggest bumping a topic that's been dead this long again.

A V-Rare is basically a CD of a collection of songs on a particular Bemani game. (a certain beatmania style, a certain DDR mix, ect)

well, the first mixes really had a DDR mix feeling..
the tsugaru in 7th mix i didnt found EXTREME suck.. it was quite mixed together where you hardly hear the change from normal mix to the apple mix.

with the 8th and the supernova mix, it really sounded like there wasnt really mixing in it, only a few extreme sutile ones, where you really need to know the songs so well to hear where they are mixed together.
it didnt feel like one song, like how a mix should be..
but then again, making a good mix out a certain set of songs... those limitations are pretty high...
