The mist outside was thick. Slowly moving it's way throughout the valley.
Early in the morning, before sunrise, Kurai was out doing his routine stalking about. A small breeze passed through him. His ears twitched, and he looked about. The muscles in Kurai's upper body tensed, someone, or something was near.

Panda-chan was wandering about though the morning landscape. He was searching for his new friend Kure, and although he was not too familiar with the scent and his senses were already dulled, he picked up one belonging to another fox. He followed it until he came through a small scrub of bushes to see a dark blue, adult, male fox, staring in his direction.

"Hello," Kurai said, stalking off toward the adorable black and white kit. He came up to the kit and knelt down to be face to face with it. "And what might your name be?" He said in the sweetest voice possible.

Panda-chan's ears flatened agains his head. He didn't like interaction, but seeing as he was in a comprable position, and he couldn't find Kure, he decided to reply, "I"m Panda-chan. Who are you?"

"That's an interesting name," he said backing up, seeing Panda-Chan was scared. "I'm Kurai, nice to meet you." He smiled sweetly, standing up straight again.

Panda-chan narrowed his eyes and muttered, "Don't make fun of my name......" He backed of afew inches and sat down and began to groom himself.

Mysfit wandered aimlessly through the mist. She had been wandering for quite a while, and this fog was only getting denser. Perhaps the sun's rays would sort that out in a ew hours when it rose. Mysfit was so deep in thought she barely heard the voices of the two other Modi`s until she was nearly right beside them. She stopped suddenly and looked at the two in front of her. "Oh.. hello to both of you.."

Nato was curled up under a bush when he awoke. There was a thick mist about the land. Seeing as how he couldn't see anything he let out a small "yip" to see if there was anyone or anything about.

Panda-chan attempted to unnoticeable shrink back from the adults, when he heard what seemed to be a familiar 'yip'. Without trying to attract attention, he pressed his nose to the ground and faintly picked up the scent of none other than Nato. He went a few feet away and poked his head under a bush to see the frightened black kit. He wagged his tail, feeling quite out of character, and tried to lead him to the adults where he may feel more comfortable.

Nato tensed and became very still as he heard something approching. When he saw Panda-Chans' head peek under the bush relaxed and trotted towards him. He willingly followed Panda-chan towards the adults.
Nato was very curious about these new modifoxes. They were big like Kure and some had shiney things on them. Nato took time to sniff each and every one.

Panda-chan watched Nato's behavior and gently smiled. This kit seemed to bring out his true interior, but in a far different way than Kure. Nato was more like a little brother to him, seeing as he was there for the kits eruption from his BCR. Panda-chan then cocked his head at Kurai and Mysfit, to see what they would do next.

Kurai looked at Panda-Chan inquisitively, "I wasn't-" he stopped mid sentence as a female trotte up to them. Then, he heard a soft 'yip'! Seeing as Panda-chan was with the little yipper, Kurai turned toward the female. "Hello there..."
