What a put down that meeting was, she thought to herself as she walked, well, rather paced, around a beautiful clearing. Sun rays glistened down and danced merrily as they cast her shadow, with little blueviolets and pink carnations littering the area around a clear, sparkling pond. All of this scenery she took no notice of as she was too busy thinking about a particular male she had taken a nice liking to, but it seemed he wasn't that interested in her.
She sighed. She had no luck. She was probably a little crazy to be around, she figured, considering how hyper and giggly she tended to be, but that didn't mean that she couldn't be serious, like Aunt Aruna. She learned a lot from Aunt Aruna, and her mother, Nora, had a similar personality to Aunt Aruna anyway, so she did have her wits about her, although since she also grew up with Shimshek, she could be slightly vain as well. She fussed over her looks a lot, but she now knew the reason why she was so touchy about them.
Scowling, she continued to her dizzying pace around the clearing, notably one of her more favorite areas to be when she wanted to be by herself and think about things long gone or current, circulating problems.

Kail who had wandered over to a mostly secluded area, to enjoy himself away from the noise of the crowd of soquilis. He had only taken a short nap, and when he awoke.. he noticed another soquili that seemed to be pacing around a short distance away. "Hm? A mare?" As he cocked his head curiously. As many mares went, She seemed to be quite lovely. But from past experiences, he knew he shouldn't involve himself too deeply with one.
His braided tail, swishing back and forth.. He was curious about the new arrival. But as far as he could see.. She didn't seem to be in the mood for anyone~ She was scowling at the moment.. Maybe it wasn't a good time? But if he stayed as he was, she may have even been madder, thinking he was spying on her. He encountered more than one soquili who had thought that. Why did others have a tendency to think that? It was a ridiculous notion.. Why would anyone want to know about someone else's activities or life, etc? It just didn't make sense.
But as he debated on the issue, he came to no conclusion.. Unfortunately, he was also in broad sight.

She was aware enough of her surroundings when she noticed she had company. She had only glanced her new 'friend' out of the corner of her eye as she was pacing, having not noticed whoever it was before, and now she turned to see who it was. A stallion, of course; her luck seemed to run in that kind of area! He had the oddest colors of any stallion she'd ever seen; not counting Malchai, but since she did have company...
"Hello, there!" she greeted, entering into a cheerful mood as she decided that it wouldn't hurt to make a new friend; he seemed handsome enough. Maybe he'd help her calm down and not feel so frustrated? Smoothing her scowl into a smile, she introduced herself. "Sorry, I didn't see you there; must've been in some real deep thought. I'm Mocha... and who are you?" She was genuine in all her emotions, after all.
She rarely hid her emotions unless, of course, it was a necessity, such as when she could be in danger, but most of the time she never felt to be in danger of any sort, so she hardly knew what fear could be besides the sickening feeling of getting in trouble...

Interrupted out of his thoughts, he was on his feet in less than a minute. "Hello Mocha." He said warmly, with a grin. "My name is Kail." As he gave her a friendly nicker. " I hope you don't mind." He said a little sheepishly. "It looked like you were deep into thought, that I didn't want to bother you." He said, with a touch of curiousity mingled with politeness referring to the scene earlier.
But it seemed this mare was more than the eye could tell.. Which quite intrigued him. If he had met another one of those shallow mares.. He was afraid he wouldn't be able to handle another second, let alone an hour with them. His emerald eyes, filled with genuine warmth.. "By the way. Are you seeking refuge from the crowd or other?" As he gestured in the direction, that he last remembered where he left the crowd. "I sometimes come here to think myself.." Maybe Mocha had come to do just that. But something in the way she moved, implied that she was frustruated.. or other.
But he was probably making assumptions again. He tended to do that often, which sometimes led him quite to a bit of trouble.

"Hello, Kail!" she greeted, cheerfully, smiling when he gave her a nicker. "Hm?" she said, blinking, and then blushed slightly. "Oh! I didn't, uh, notice you until you happened to be there..." she said, somewhat airily with a touch of embarrassment. "You didn't bother me at all; in fact, I probably should've been more aware of my surroundings." Blush fading, she only smiling contritely at Kail as she let the mood of her cheerfulness wash through her.
He had pretty eyes, she thought, considering how dull her own must look now; tired, too. "Refuge from the crowd? Um... I was looking for a place to be by myself, yes," she answered, randomly guessing at Kail's strangely phrased question. She giggled at what he later said, and shook her head. "Well, if I happened to disturb you myself, please, I apologize. I do not think about others sometimes when I, uh, get lost in thought. Heheh." She flushed in embarrassment once more, and then felt awkward.
This conversation felt strange, she decided, because the topic wasn't much of one... well, perhaps she could fire off questions at him and... well, who knew.

"The blame lies entirely with me, and maybe somewhat a little with you." He said jokingly. She certainly was an entertaining soquili~ It looked to him, like she was a little embarrassed but what for? But it wasn't any of his business to know either.
But strangely, her brown eyes looked tired.. What could have fatigued her so early in the day? It was a shame.. Her brown eyes were like a color of chocolate. They were quite nice, he found. But he found her words later, to be rather vague. "Ah. Crowds are rather bothersome at time. Can't quite get any peace in them." As he shook his head. "But no worries. I'm afraid I'm the one who disturbed you, more likely." As he moved closer, with a little bow to offer his apologies.
"Lost in thought? What were you thinking about, If I may ask?" As he tipped his head towards her. By now, he was in close contact. She was a bit shorter than him.. Which suited him considerably.

What? Was he teasing her? She smirked a little, rolling her eyes good-naturedly. "The blame lies entirely with you? Well, of course! I don't see how some of the blame comes to me if blame sits completely with you," she joked right back.
"Yes, crowds can be rather annoying," she agreed. "But I like them more than being by myself. Too often I find being lonely a concept of unending sadness." And something she always saw within her non-winged familiy members, and/or Hania's bloodline.
Great-Uncle Hania lived away from his mate, and although he loved Great-Aunt Mahiri dearly, there was always a touch of loneliness in his eyes. Aruna had had that look for a while before she had set out to find her own mate to live with him, unable to live solidly with Hania and their human.
Shimshek, her "older sister", had suddenly vanished, returning with the explanation she had gone to her old mountain home for a quick visit, which had turned out to be six months long, well, Mocha had seen that lonely look there, too.
"Lost in thought? Oh!" she repeated, and then realized she had done so without even meaning to. "I was thinking about, um, how lonely my presence felt before I saw you," she explained, somewhat vaguely but to the point. Maybe he'd understand...?
As Kail came up towards her, she found herself looking up at him. Shoot, he was taller than her! Okay, why did she care about that again?

"A concept of never-ending sadness?" As he tipped his head to the side. What did she mean by that? He understood the general meaning, but it could have been referred to a great deal of many things. But.. it wasn't any of his business to pry either. But he was still troubled by her remark. It wasn't normal for someone to describe something such like that.
"Lonely?" As he raised an eyebrow, his eyes in disbelief. "But a soquili like you must have alot of friends too~ I can't imagine why you wouldnt." He said his voice vague. "If your feeling lonely, Want to add me to your friends list?" He joked, with a chuckle. Mocha, seemed to be a very good, if she was, a friend to others. He wouldn't mind either.
[ So I'm guessing this is a friend RP. <3 Since Mocha seems to like someone else better~ X3 Congratulations! <3 ]

She nodded, suddenly feeling depressed. "That's how it is. Things seem a little crowded and tight these days, and all you can do is make more and more friends; you encounter someone new each and every day, but do you ever see that same horse again? Never," she consented.
"At least, I have yet to see the same horses every day... and, Kail, I don't have many friends at all." She giggled, and then blinked. "Would you really?" she asked, and smiled. "I'd love that, Kail! It'd be so awesome! I don't have very many friends if you'd believe it, but... wow!" She was too surprised.
Usually, she was the one offering to be friends, and in the end, she never saw those Soquili ever again, so she stuck by her family. "I do get lonely," she continued. "I don't know why, though; it's this feeling I get whenever I, um, see my aunt... she suppresses her emotions a lot."
Not that Aunt Aruna really likes to show off her emotions, but she hides them because they're just very... big, she noted to herself. I wonder how she's been, anyway? Tearing away from her thoughts, she couldn't stop smiling. Kail was a friend now, and, she hoped, a good one.
[ Actually, I haven't a clue. XD She's actually a little confused right now... but yes, this is a friend RP. @__@; Thank you. <3 ]

"Really? Maybe it depends where you go.. but that certainly seems to be happening a lot these days." As he thought back to resent events. There was too much soquili coming and going these days, you could hardly see the same one, day after day.. He hated to admit it but Nora was right.
She didn't have much friends? But he couldn't see how come. But.. it wasn't much of his business, so he knew he shouldn't ask her why. "If it makes you happy, I will thank you for you generosity. To my greatest pleasure to be friends." As he bowed.. As he joked, wanting to make her laugh. Being depressed wasn't fun. But despite all of his joking, he was now her friend. One could see from some perspective, 'officially'.
"Lonely?" As he tipped his head to the side. "If she tends to suppress her emotions, and cause this sort of atmosphere.. Maybe you shouldn't hang out with her for awhile. It may not be healthy.. In emotional terms." He said his words cautiously.. Truly, It was be a cruel thing to say and if Nora loved her aunt a lot.. It'd be even crueler. but if she tended to cause that sort of emotion, but Nora really shouldn't hang around.. It wasn't normal for a soquili to behave this way. Shy certainly.. but not from what he saw with Nora.
He hoped Nora didn't take offense at what he had said though.
