Name: Blitz
Allignment: Resistance
Description: Blitz is about 5'8 and 130 lbs. He has spiky blue hair and eyes the same color.
Personality: Changes as often as he does clothes. (Will be explained further as story gets up and running)
History: Ex-Villain. Joined resistance upon realizing that he did not share the ideals of his former friends/coworkers. (Will be explained further as story gets up and running)
Main Power: Electricity
Secondary Power: Super Speed
passive powers: "Chick Sense", EMP, Passive Resistance to Poison
Weapon: Blitz has an assortment of close range weapons.
Weakness: Contact with enough water whilst using Main/Secondary Power... And his inability to physically attack a girl without feeling REALLY bad right after.

Garret Erikson

Name: Garret Erikson AKA Lucidity
Allignment: None
Description: He has dark hair that falls to his shoulders. He has blue eyes, and a relatively thin build, but he is in shape. He constantly wears black shirts and possibly jeans, if not black pants, when he is masquerading as Garret, but when he is Lucidity, he wears the familiar black pants, black shirt, leather jacket, and the fancy eye strip.
Personality: Very empty. There are few things that can spark his emotions. His normal mindset is one of anger and hate.
History: Long story. He grew up in a city divided by groups of supers. He gained his powers, as you all know, in an attack by some corrupt police officers. He left for Flippyville, where he became the Leader of the Super Villians. He then returned to his hometown and blew the s**t out of it. On his journey home, he got into an argument with a man in a different city, and killed his family and burned his initials into the corpses. He arrived back at Flippyville, but did not remain there for long. After a short time there, he left to find some old friends, and came to Haven. He didnt do much there untill the Mimic Wars. He fought there, and killed himself in an explosion to take out as many mimics as he could. Well, thats what most people believed. He faked his death, and then came back to Union City under a different name. He joined a group of supers, and eventually he returned to the name of Lucidity. He saved his girlfriend, 'disciplined' his child, and now resides in his pawn shop.
Main Power: Null-Matter
Secondary Power: Psycic
3 passive powers: Flight, Invisibility, speed
Weapon: A switchblade with the letters GE engraved in red on one side of the handle, and the letter L on the other.
Weakness: Prolonged Exposure to water.

"Mackie the Knife" (real name unknown)

AoS

Appearance: Mackie is an underfed, unwashed, street punk, with long stringy black hair and black eyes. He wears torn black jeans and a black leather jacket with no shirt and holey sneakers with no laces.

History: Mackie grew up in the streets of Haven, scrounging food, cadging spare change, and digging cans and bottles out of dumpsters to recycle. For the last few years, he ran with one of the local street gangs, until they got caught in the middle of a super-battle. Most of the gang was killed when an abandoned warehouse collapsed on them, but something snapped inside Mackie, and he walked out through the rubble.
At the end of the Mimic War, Mackie was captured by the Six, and stuck in their power plant as a source of Pure Energy. He was released after the destruction of Union City.

Mackie's powers are based on control of vibration:
Primary power - He can vibrate his hands at high speeds, allowing him to cut through solid materials like a hot knife through butter. When he uses this power, his hands emit a buzzing noise.
Secondary power - He can change the vibrational rate of his entire body, allowing him to pass through solid objects (and vice versa) without affecting them. In this state, he cannot be touched physically, but he cannot touch anything else either.
Tertiary power - By touching an object, he can impart vibration to it, causing it to shatter. This works best on items of glass, metal, stone, or ceramic, and not as well on dirt, or wood. Also, nearby objects of the same material may also be damaged due to resonance effects.

Weakness: Counter-vibrations dampen his powers, i.e. sonic powers, or loud, sustained noises. He is also quite insane - a paranoid psychopath who likes to hurt people.

Weapon: Mackie carries a jacknife (like MacHeath in his favorite song)

Laurel Talbot

Name: Laurel Talbot
Allegiance: Resistance (primarily the Shelter)
Description: A pretty, 20-yr-old girl with medium length black hair with a white stripe running back from above her left eye. She always wears a black velvet ribbon around her neck (the Shadow Cloak in its quiescent state).
Personality: Normally quiet and reserved, she can be quite the opposite when among people she trusts.
History: Laurel is the daughter of Larrisa Talbot (the Werewolf) and Seth Genesis (the Dark Mage). Her father was killed before she was born, and her mother about 5 years later, during the suppression of Blitz' revolt. She was saved by her "imaginary" friend, Herg - an imp who had been a servant of her father.
Herg took her to her father's castle in Hell, and raised her there with the help of the other servants, and some of the dead spirits. The castle, although it was in Hell, was not truly a place of evil, for Seth's first wife had been an angel, and some of her influence still lay upon the place. This allowed Laurel to grow up undamned.
She had an eclectic education, learning much of geometry and alchemy, but little of social customs. From one of her tutors, she learned some of the skills of the ninja, from another, shadow magic and illusions.
After several years in the castle, she finally returned to Earth - to Haven. It was then that she discovered the link to the moon that was her mother's heritage, and also that during her years in Hell, almost no time elapsed on Earth (thus the discrepancy in her age). Herg returned with her, as a friend, guide, and mentor.
In Haven, Laurel attended High School, where she filled in some of the gaps in her education, particularly in the social area. Having no family of her own, she adopted her mother's "Friends" as Aunts and Uncles - Erica, Blitz, Ruby, Kitty, and Ashura (in absentia). Her father, long believed dead, also turned up in Haven, but disappeared again before or during the mimic invasion, along with Herg. Not long before the mimic invasion, Laurel was kidnapped and used as some sort of scientific test subject (she was never clear on the details), but was rescued by Minerva after the invasion disrupted the tests.
After the destruction of Union City, Laurel found herself at the War Shelter. being treated for injuries she didn't remember receiving. After her recovery, she stayed to help tend to the other patients, and to use her powers to help avoid "accidents" from outside.

Main Power: Main Power: Moon Magic - Partakes of both Light and Shadow. See Below.
Secondary Power: The Shadow Cloak - This hooded cloak, woven of the deepest shadows, can move on its own to block attacks that would harm its wearer. It can also, on her mental command form into a pair of bat-wings, allowing her to fly. It also helps her to hide in dark places, due to its color (not a power use). When Laurel is out of costume, the cloak shrinks to the form of a black velvet ribbon around her neck.
Third Power (passive): She can see normally in any lighting conditions, and even through smoke, fog, or flames.

Moon Magic:
In addition to bolt, shields, and illusions, a few special spells:

Moon beam: Target is confused - for his next 4 posts he can only defend, run away, or return attacks against him. He cannot use intensity attacks, or any ability that requires concentration.

Lunacy: Target goes berserk - for his next 4 posts he must attack the closest living thing (friend or foe) with his most familiar attack. He cannot use intensity attacks, or any ability that requires concentration.

Blue Moon: Target is paralyzed with grief/sadness - for his next two posts he can take no actions at all. This is an intensity attack and requires 2 saves - one for each round of effect.

Revealing light: All objects and surfaces in area glow with a soft, pearlescent light - even characters that are invisible, hidden, or using Stealth of any sort. Illusions, not being real, do not glow. The effects last for 8 posts (about half a page).

Dark of Night: Area is filled with total darkness for 8 posts (about half a page).

Flashbulb: A blinding flash of light goes off in the target's face. Does no damage, but can cause temporary blindness

Night Light: A sleep spell that causes deep unconsciousness. It requires three posts of preparation, and concentration to maintain, so it's not usuable in combat. It's safer than anesthesia, however, making it perfect for surgery.

((Miran))

Name: Miran

Allignment: I stand alone. (So Supers if that line ever teeters.)

Description: A rather tall figure, cloaked in a wide rimmed hat like an undertaker's hat and adorned in a thick leather trenchcoat that hides his figure. Under it dressed in denim jeans that were black enough to put the night sky to shame. As well as a black tanktop, equally as dark and the lining of the right side of his coat having a hidden sheath for his bat. He had a heavy muscled build but as heavy as it was, seemed light enough for him to be quick on his feet. His pale blue pupiled eyes staring...judging their victems to decide who lives....and....well....who suffers. His facial features did not matter. Because now No one sees his face and lives to tell about it. But if one did, it would only be able to tell of a face shrouded in darkness aside from his eyes and a scar across the bridge of his nose. The Miran from the early days and from the days of Union city....was dead. In his wake was a new Miran. A Miran playing death's right hand.

Personality: Dark and almost lacking the caring mercy and sympathy he used to have. He now just wants to find a reason to destroy anything that he finds unjust. But something from his latest disappearance has made his vision of right and wrong clouded. So essentially now a lose cannon.

History: Before Union City he was a Villian turned Hero in those days till his dissappearance. Then during the days of Union City, he appeared again to try and find those of the friends he had and wound up aiding at first in the attack upon the dome of Lazarus but disappeared like smoke again before the job was done. He returns now in an age of hate and war.

Alignment: His own.

Main Power: Explosive Spheres: These little buggers are just as they have been. He makes a red sphere in the palms of his hands that can vary in size depending how much power he pulls from himself into it and once hitting something, creates a small red circle on them as the matter from the sphere begins to move rapidly and creates a firey explosion from how fast the motion is moving with inside the subject. He has honed it so well that he can blow up anything from an ant, to an 3 foot armored titanium wall...to a human beings skull.

Secondary Power: Shadowmelding: An ability that used to be healing and has now become corrupt and utterly destroyed. In its stead his body has been left with the ability to melt himself into the shadows and travel amongst them. In his land and places that he dwells, this tactic comes in handy to get the jump on his enemys.

1 Third active power or 3 passive powers: Super Sensory hearing. Able to detect anything from footsteps 600 yards away, to the sound of peoples conversations up to a mile away. But his hearing is selective and can tune out what he does not care to hear.
Weapon: Wooden bat with two rusted nails sticking out from it, soaked through the metal with an acidic poison, meant to slowly burn away punctured muscle tissue and flesh in the most painful way possible.
Weakness: Lightning and the scar on his face.


((DRAKE))

Allignment: I follow Oralia Soltari

Description:This large scaled beast about the size of now a pair of Clydesdale horses. Covered from head to claw in red scales except for his belly which was plastered with dulled golden scales from his neck down to the tip of his long tail and spines running along the studs on his spine, a scar running from his right nostril to his right eye that had a pale lense on it, limiting his sight in that eye.

Personality: Loyal and Trusting of those he knows well enough to do so with. Mature and more understanding of lifes troubles to where he can judge a bad situation from an extremely bad one just by a few words.

History: A young dragon working for the villians during the days between superhero and villian but soon falling into the custody of research facilitys to be tested on until his demise to which he became a crystilline stone of red. Being brought back by a family friend Ora during the early days of the Union City sagas and all the way until his capture shortly after the attack on Lazerus's dome.

Alignment: I follow my friends.

Main Power: Fire Breath:Just as it sounds. Only better, Drake is able to alter the the intensity of the flame. It is either a wide spread burst or a welding stream no matter what but he is able to alter tempurature from a military grade red and orange flame from their throwers. To a piercing white flame capable of melting many substances including stone very easily. But to make it hotter, it requires more power into it.

Secondary Power: Electrified Claws:
His claws now are able to charge themselves with an electrical current, no longer just fueled by anger from him, now more controlled, The currents are stronger like multiple strikes of lightning and can still absorb electrical shots fired at him and are more precise.

Weapon: My claw and teeth.

Name: Arthur King
Allignment: Alliance of Supers
Description: Tall, long black hair, now dresses nondescriptly, blue eyes, a few scars, etc
Personality: Superiority complex, elitist, prejudiced against just about everyone, full of anger and hate. Also, he has a tendency to reer to people as people from his past, he would call a great enemy 'Mordred', a close ally 'Merlin' or 'Galahad', and a powerful object 'The holy grail'
History: Was born in the 1200s, when he died in mortal combat with his b*****d son, Mordred, he swore he would return to the world when it needed him most. And at the precise moment his spirit was ready to return to the world, Stratostorm was busy blowing the crap out of himself in the Flippyvile sewers, rendering himself comatose, and Arthur rolled out of the ressurection machine, the purest of spirits corrupted by time and the evil that men do. The time master momentarily lost control of his powers, and sent Arthur back to Glensdale, where he aided Lucidity in destroying it, heralding the moment of intense fire as 'the true prince of darkness,' and warping back to flippyville.

When his need for the dark causes is finally over in flippyville, Arthur goes to Union city, where the elite need championing once again.
Main Power: Kingmaker (Powerful sword attack)
Secondary Power: Resiliance: blocks power attacks
Tertiary power: Healing
Weapon: Excalibur, the maker of kings. Not the sword in the stone, contrary to popular opinion, the SitS broke fighting a dragon and the lady in the lake gave him this sword, Excalibur. The sword is an extremely powerful object, far to heavy and long for ordinary men to wield, but the scabbard is the true power. AS long as he has the scabbard, when he dies he will come back to life.
Weakness: Well, without his sword he's pretty much useless...
But his real weakness is yellow paint.

Name: Alianne McLeer-Wong (aka. Aly)

Alignment: Resistance

Description: Aly is 22 years old and 5’2 in height. Her hazel eyes contain flecks of green that are only noticeable up close or when she is angry or amused; they are framed by long feathery black lashes. Her mouth is usually turned up in a mischievous smile, coated in dark lip gloss to accent its width and full lower lip. Her nose is small and delicate, with a slight dusting of freckles. Her skin is a few shades darker than creamy ivory. Her hair is jet black (with hues of dark blue), long and silky, and although she usually ties it up into a pony tail to keep it out of the way, there are always a few wisps of rebellious hair that manage to escape and frame her face and forehead. Her facial features show her mixed heritage of Chinese and Irish. Her figure is lean and shapely, but not voluptuous. It is a body made to be stealthy and nimble. She usually wears loose fitting clothes to conceal the weapons that she always carries on her person.

Personality: Aly is always looking for fun. She’s easy going and feels comfortable around everyone, friend or foe. She prefers to be in the shadows rather than the spotlight and has uncanny powers of persuasion. She’s manipulative and cunning, and doesn’t hesitate to do what’s in her best interest or for self survival. Her friends have her undying loyalty and her enemies, her unrelenting wrath. She’s sly and never speaks directly if she can help it, preferring riddles to bluntness. She doesn’t trust people easily and tries to be self reliant, although this usually gets her into more trouble then if she would only trust people. Aly hates confrontation and usually avoids it, which is why she is on the side of the resistance.

History: Aly’s father was a spy master from Ireland and he passed down his spy knowledge of code breaking, lock picking, lip reading and multiple languages to her. Her mother was a Chinese secret agent and modern day warrior. From her mother, she learned how to master the art of throwing knives/daggers, as well as different forms of martial arts. Her parents were friends with a lot of people with super powers, though they possessed none themselves. The powers must have skipped a generation because her grandmother on her mother’s side was water manipulator, and her grandmother on her father’s side had the power of ice. She has been living in Union for a while now, and was there at the downfall of the Six.

Main Power: Ice manipulation/generation.

Secondary Power: Water manipulation.

1 Third active power or 3 passive powers: Healing.

Weapon: Daggers and Katana.

Weakness: Extreme heat/fire.
