  Autumn rose from where she was sitting. She blinked her blue and brown eyes and looked around. Nicole told her to return before sundown and it was getting close. Nicole also told her to not wonder off but, she wont mind. Pawing at the ground excitedly she decided she would sprint as much as she could home. But, one thing was wrong...Which was was home?
Swiftly moving her legs one in front of the other she quick trotted towards the raging rivers. When she met the water, she looked left then right. She didn't remember ever crossing the river when she came to the hill but, Autumn never remembered anything. Snorting she took a sip and began to walk towards the delta of the river. Where it opens into the ocean. There she knew of a place to rest untill morning.

*Scythe walked along the waters edge, his head hanging lowly, in thought. He stopped and peered down into the water, his reflection was all that was stareing back at him. He had seen other Soquili from a far, far distance. None looked like him. He spread his left wing and looked at the reflections*...Monster...*he folded his wing back and reared onto his hind legs, upon return to the earth, his front hooves crashed into the water below, distrupting the smooth surface of the water* You'll never belong...*he wispered to himself as he slowly began to make his way further down the waters edge*

Autumn was looking down, her head turned left gazing at her reflection she began to make funny and face and giggled at herself. Autumn was always the outcast with the other fillys and foals they called her weird and mutant because of her eyes.
Suddenly her reflection was rippled by water movement. She must becoming close to the ocean she heard one wave crash but, didn't bother looking up. Autumn was rarely around others and nobody had taught her anything about strangers or weird others. But, she was prety good at that stuff. Or so she thought. "Dum, dum, dum, dum, dum, dum, dum, dum,dduuumm..." She sang to the tune her father had taught her. She forgot the words so she just said dum.

*Scythe looked up and his ears perked at the sound of...singing? His eyes fell upon a little filly wandering by herself by the waters edge*
You know it's dangerous to be in the parts along after sundown, eh? *he attempted a friendly smile, though a smile for him had been rare in his life* Where is your mother?

Autumn looked at her reflection. Oh no it was talking to her agian. But, in a deeper voice than usual. "Hey, reflection. You telling me to go home? I was just going to go to the cave. But, your me arn't you supposed to know dat?" Autumn was slightly mental in the head. she would grow out of it though. Hopefully.
She turning to face the river face reflection to face. "I dot know where my momma is. Why are you questioning me!" The filly seemed quite flabbergasted at what was going on. She didn't even see the stallion near her. Staring at her waving in the water reflection. Autumn sighed. All she could look at was her eye's and the eye's on the reflection were staring right back.

*Scythe was taken aback for a moment, he tilted his head and stared at the filly....She thought her reflection was talking her her? He snickered a bit to himself. He took a few more steps close to the filly and peered down into the water, it would soon smooth over again and then there would be two reflections* You shouldn't wander far from your Mum, eh. There are dangers out in the world when one is so young. *he continued to talk as if she actually knew he was there. "Odd little filly" he thought to himself.*

Autumn was weirded out when another reflection appeared. She still didn't see the figure that was closer to her but, she took a moment to look at the other. "Are you a fish reflection? What'cha doin down there?" She admired the way the figure looked. Autumn loved different it made her feel better about herself. She was not scared of the figure, there was nothing to be scared about. He seemed nice, might as well start a conversation.
"Dangers? Like what?" No body was around to teach Autumn wrong from right and this was the outcome. "Young! But, but, i'm a big girl. Right?" She questioned oddly to the reflection next to her before she side stepped right into the stallion.
"OoF!" She exclaimed as she fell backwards. "Hey! your no fish your another one of my kind...i think."

Oh! Are you okay? *He didn't want to see this little filly injured without someone around to care for her*
That's right...I'm another. *he nieghed and laughed softly, his ears flitted momentarily* There are many dangers out here, little one. Predators that see you without your mother...or anyone for that matter, will try to hurt you. You must be careful when traveling. *he nodded and looked around* You're a good distance from any herd I've seen, how did you get so far away? *he peer down at her curiously*

For this stallion so big and scary looking, he did have a heart. Regaining composure Autumn smiled. "I'm fine!" Autumn smiled pleased and listened to him babble.
"I ran. I like running. Although I'm not that fast. I still like running. Do you like running? Do you wanna run to my secret cave with me!?" It was the Filly's turn to babble on and on and on. It runs in the family. Hyperness that is. It was late and the sun had gone down but, With the shiny and bright stallion beside her she knew which was she was going.
Chilly air blew around Autumn as she wished she had not gotten wet. it was cold and the water only made matters worse. Luckily the cave was always warm and thats where she began walking towards.

Well...Perhaps next time you shouldn't run so far. *he grinned a big toothy grin. He took a liking to this young filly, it surprised him that she hadn't been afraid of his looks, most would have been*
Sure, I'll run you to the cave, though, I warn you, I'm awfully fast! *he snorted and pawed at the ground. Of course, he would let her win...he'd have to as he didn't know where this cave was*
Ready?.....Set.....Go!

Autumn smiled as she took off before he even reached 'go' She squeled and pumped her legs as fast as possible. Since she had the speed of half the top speed for her age. She was going to try her best. Pounding the ground as hard as possible she turned bacl to see the distance of where he might be.
Autumn had not met a lot of others. So she didn't know this one looked different. For all she knew he could be the normal one and she was the weird looking one. She soon slowed to figure out the direction she would go when she reached the beach. It was left from where she was trotting. Taking a sharp and un-expected turn Autumn leaped over one of the strains of water and trotted closer to the cave.

*Scythe laughed as Autumn took off before 'go'* Hey now! *he took off behind her, acting as though he were struggling hard to keep up with her. He saw her make a sudden turn, he made a not so graceful after her as the turn had taken him by surprise*
Here I come! *he said as he moved a little faster to catch up with her, he'd let her win...but only barely. She was a spirited filly for sure, very friendly though. He splashed through the water and followed on behind her. He was still curious as to how she got her alone, and why no one was looking for her. Surely she had someone that was going to be worried sick that it was dark and she wasn't home*

Autumn smiled and slowed as soon as she broke to the cave. "I won I won!!" Autumn smiled and took in deep breaths she began to wonder into the dark cave. "This way!" She squeled happily as she sunk into the darkness and towards a small water fall that dripped in from the ceiling. There she layed down. Light was peaking through some area's and it was now easier to see.
"Hey, What's your name?" The little filly questioned agian. She felt safe with this Soquili and she was sure Nicole was freaked out for her going missing but she would find her in the morning.

*he laughed and followed the filly into the cave, he watched as she bedded down for the night, he casually placed himself between her and the entrance, just in case any predator dare enter while they slept* Yes, you won, you are very fast, little one. *he lowered his large body to the ground, stretching his wings out for a moment, he then folded them against the barrel of his body.*
Oh, I didn't think to introduce myself? *he tilted his head* Scythe. My name is Scythe. And you? *he continued to look around the cave cautiously, making himself familiar with the surroundings.*

Autumn was un-known of predators and she didn't care. She listened to him speak and smiled. "I always used to beat my dadda" Autumn faded off she had not seen her daddy in a while. She sees her brother a lot and her mother every now and then. But her daddy's indian went away for a while. She snorted trying to ignore it and went back to smiling at him.
"Scythe. Ok! My names Autumn." She smiled proudly at her name for she thought it fit her nicely. And she loved the season everyone else called Autumn or Fall it had two names but, the weather was always nice.
