last night before I was going to sleep I was having a really rough time. I had just been on the edge with my dad, almost in an argument (which I walked away from), and also in between school, friends, personal issues and my bagpipes life has been hectic.
so anyways, last night I decided i had had enough of this and asked the angels to help me (specifically michael for strength and my own angel for guidance) and this next part is really neat. I immidiatly felt a warmth through my clasped hands (which happened to be over my head, so it travelled into my head as well) and following it with my eyes closed I could see a golden light. it seemed even though i hadnt grounded and centered myself I already was, and then as if i had been meditating already for a while I could start to see a brilliant gold light ahead of me, like a sun. below were gold clouds and above was the same. I was in the grasp of someone else, Im thinking my angel, and it was so amazing..I could look around where the sky was inbetween the layers of clouds and images from my life were kind of there.. and (though I was still aware of my physical body) the sun got very bright and flashed through my physical eyelids that it left those sunspots...you know when you look at a light and look away there are those marks? well when I came out of the vision i still had those.
then i 'heard' (not real sounds, just like when you are thinknig to yourself in your mind) a soothing voice going over what i should do the next day to handle everything i needed to...get up and go to bagpipe practice, come home and practice a bit more, do my physics homework (which i wasnt priorly planning to do xd ) and follow up with my math. and not to worry about my art course because I was at a good pace already with that.
anyways, after i felt much more at peace and relaxed and was able to fall asleep.
